There are Palestinians selling shawarma here, but I can't afford it. The portions are meager, too. Maybe one day I'll make my own meat wheel. What I miss is gyro meat. When I worked at the pizza joint, the boss put gyro meat as a topping. So I was able to score a whole wheel of gyro meat at a discount. Delicious, but the grease residue is unreusable and unpalatable.
