More soy

Hi Natty honey!  How are you feeling today, my dearest?  I hope you are feeling peachy and having a wonderful time being you and doing what you do.  I'm posting this letter earlier than usual.  It's Tuesday, and I have to be at the mosque before sunset.  Nothing much going on here today.  This month's food project is the mastery of legumes, namely red beans, lentils, and soybeans.  I still have a lot of soy meal from my last experiment.  I always have to experiment with food, to gain knowledge, and to not bore myself.  Soybeans have no gluten, so the soy meal disintegrates when cooked.  So I added flour and eggs, with chopped salt, garlic and onions, to make a batter for croquettes.  Croquettes are normal food around here, usually with shrimp.  Soy meal is actually quite tasty when cooked, after all they make veggie burgers with the stuff.  So my soy meal croquettes turned out quite good.  I need to make the batter thicker next time.  Oh so healthy food.  But greasy.  Maybe I can make a sweet batter and bake it.

Anyway, I have to go!  Please take care, and have tons of fun!
