Beef and potatoes

 Hi Natty!  How are you, beautiful girl?  I hope you are feeling good and everything is easy going for you.  Please keep safe and healthy, my love.  That's a nice beef and potatoes recipe, don't you think?  No, I didn't use that recipe.  I made potato balls instead.  Yeah, kind of like mini Vada Pav patties.  I recently figured out that by mixing mash potatoes and corn starch, you can get a tater tot effect on your fried potatoes.  But it has to be LOT of corn starch, so one of my potato balls disintegrated.  And I just fried up the steak chunks in honey until they blackened, then enjoyed the whole mess with ketchup.  I cut the grass this evening, so I didn't really have time to fine tune anything.  Want some?  Oh no, someone stuck a claw in my bag of ketchup!
