Dinner was chili dogs, and I am pleased to report that they were a success. Chili dogs are easy, folks. Get out the hot dog buns, cook up the hot dogs and lay them on the buns, smother them with chili, put sliced cheese on them, and melt them in the oven. Easy Peasy! But what about the chili? To make great chili, you have to focus on the beans. Make sure the beans are the right texture and flavor first, THEN add the beef and onions.
