Hi Natty! How are you, Honey? I hope that everything is going smoothly for you over there, and you are having tons of fun. Please keep safe and healthy OK! It's just an average day here for me. It's Sunday, so I had to clean my mother's bedroom in the morning. I had fish heads for lunch. I love fish heads! In the evening, I restarted my fried noodles routine. Today it was beef then chopped garlic and ginger, then soy sauce, noodles, carrots and cabbage, and eggs. I used fish sauce for salt control. It tasted average, but it should be easy on the tummy. Anna was perched on the toaster oven beside me, and took it upon herself to smack my head a few times while I was chopping vegetables. Want some fried noodles?
