Eggs are surprisingly difficult for me to prepare consistently well. I prefer my eggs sunny side up, but I don't make it the same way every time. I think it's because I get impatient, and I screw up the eggs. Sometimes I break the yolk. It's exasperating. But today my eggs took on a distinct pattern, and it happened all by itself. I want to share this snapshot with you.
