Hi Natty! How are you today, Honey? I'm sure you are busy, so please make sure you get sufficient rest and take care of your health. It's a busy day for me here as well. I cleaned my mother's bedroom in the morning. The restaurants are open again after the long holiday, so I was able to get takeout lunch. Fish head curry! I love fish heads! For dinner, I made tempura. Chicken, fish cake and broccoli. The chicken was OK, the fish cake was not bad, and the broccoli was excellent. I think I need a different batter for the chicken, or maybe slice it thinner. What made everything work out well was the ranch dressing. I made a huge batch of ranch the other day, well about 32 oz. I think you would like my ranch dressing, Natty. It makes everything taste good. Even salads. Oh God, now I want chicken wings. Oh God, now I want blue cheese dressing.
