In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Merciful.
23. God cannot be questioned for God's acts, but they will be questioned.
24. Or have they taken for worship gods besides God? Say, "Bring your convincing proof. This is a Message of those with me and the Message of those before me." But most of them know not the truth, and so turn away.

Hi Mateo
Say, that's a handsome cat. He seems very dignified. You must share cat tails with me. I have 3 unfixed females in the house, and they're all spoiled. Spoiled brat cats.
In this country, we have a health care system that could be called "socialized health care", where the government subsidizes part of the cost so that every citizen has access to health care. Nothing is perfect of course, so let me explain the hierarchy so you understand what you're dealing with. The front line is the clinic, where a patient gets the first inspection of whatever the ailment is. This is usually done by an intern (somebody who's paying off his school loan) under the supervision of a boss doctor. If at this check up they decide that you need further treatment, then a gang of guys in white will incarcerate you in the public hospital. I've never tried refusing to go, but I do know that it's easy to abscond once you're there. Once in hospital, the patient receives inspection from groups of doctors (interns with more experience), they will yak among themselves and decide on a diagnosis. The real experts, the specialists, are few and here in Kangar, they usually come from out of town maybe once a month or so each. They will decide what further tests need to be done and an official diagnosis to where a treatment is carried out. This takes time of course, and can be hell especially in 4th class. There are also private clinics which cost more, and if a private doctor decides you need to go to hospital, then they will write you a letter to show the public hospital. This of course gives you plenty of room to refuse treatment. To seek different opinions for instance. To doctor yourself.
Natty honey, you look so thin in that bikini top. I hope you're eating adequately and getting plenty of rest. I know you naturally have a light appetite, but please take sweet loving care of yourself.
