I had cheeseburgers for dinner today. Yeah I've been in the mood for cheeseburgers lately, that's what I want to eat, I can't help it. The difference today is that I went out and bought lettuce and tomatoes. Huge difference. So it's just a basic cheeseburger: bread, mayo, lettuce, tomato, beef patty, and sliced cheese. Except my home made mayo was a flop. I added the grease in too son. I used to make mayo with 4 eggs at a time and it turned out nice and firm, but today I only used one egg. Yeah yeah, excuses excuses. Maybe it's God's way of telling me that I suck at making mayo, and I should just buy the damned stuff. But I'm stubborn. I'll get it right, inshaAllah.
