Some sourness to the sardine

Hi Natty!  How are you, Honey?  It's been one hell of a week, huh?  I hope you enjoyed yourself.  It's Sunday here today.  I spent the evening making dinner.  I seem to have some sardines hanging around my kitchen.  The pasta with sardines I made the other day was quite good, I decided to make it better today.  I had half a pack of angel hair left, so I cooked that up.  The sardines came in 425 gram tins, that's about 14 oz, and sardines usually come in tomato sauce right?  So I just need to flavor the sauce in the sardines, and I used my home made hot sauce.  You folks can try it with 2 tablespoons of Sriracha, it should be close enough.  Fry the sardine bones in some grease with black pepper until brown, then add the hot sauce.  Today I put in a couple of diced Roma tomatoes and half a can of sardines, then cooked and broke that up.  My Mom gave me half a kilo of local limes, known as Calamansi in English.  Each one is about the size of a large marble.  They're tart of course but sweeter than the limes you might be familiar with.  I put in 2 tablespoons of the juice in the sauce, then salt.  Pasta sauces have to be slightly saltier than taste to compensate for the pasta.  To me at least, because I boil pasta without salt.  Adolf Kitler becomes depressed when I don't share my food with him.  He starts crying, then goes and sulks in some corner somewhere.  What a big old baby!  So I gave Lookie and Adolf half a sardine each, then a taste of my dinner and let them lick the plates.  Just a snack, folks!  Don't fill them up with human food, and never use your cats as garbage disposal.
