Patience and the broken pastry

Hi there, my pretty Ladies!  How are you?  How's work?  I hope it's easy for you, and you are having a great time!  Oh, it's a weary day for me today.  One more day!  Yes, one more day and Ramadan will be over.  How was it this year?  It was spiritual and uplifting, of course.  Alhamdulillah.  My singing improved.  I discovered I had a second mother.  Among other things.  Today, I made some pastries with the pastry squares and my leftover extra thick curry.  The pastry squares were fractured at the corner, all of them, so I lost 10% of each square.  Which means I had less room to stuff with.  I don't know how that happened, maybe the packet got dropped while frozen on its corner.  But I stuffed them all the best I could, and fried them up on medium low heat.  Frying them is greasier than baking them, but they cook more thoroughly.  And if you give them time to cool down, the dough will absorb most of the grease.  I don't have any snapshots of them though.  They look more like trumpets than triangles.  I'm sure they taste OK.  I'll know for sure in half an hour.
