Roast beef

 

Hi Natty!  How are you doing today?  Oh... girls, girls, girls!  Those pretty girls are throwing themselves at you!  I find it quite exciting actually, I wish you would tell me your girlie problems.  I suppose it would be fun to spend everyday just bonking all day, but work is fun too you know, especially when you enjoy your work.  I would rather you save yourself for me, as I do for you.  It's the faithful thing to do, right?  Please don't give in to temptation.  Like I said, there are a LOT of pretty girls out there.  Ugh... I can't think about it.  I have to pray.

Let's make some roast beef!  Cook the chunk of beef slowly in a closed pot, with some seasonings.  Sound simple?  If the cut of beef is good, then the roast beef will be easy and quick and taste awesome especially when still hot.  I have to use the cheapest cuts of beef (which the price has gone up, incidentally) which taste awful by themselves.  It's the juices that taste bad, so you have to get rid of all the juices before you can start the roast beef.  That means roast beef from crappy cuts can never be cooked rare.  Once I exchange the bad juices for good juices, then the result is heavenly especially when hot, and it looks pretty good too.  Want some?
