I had a craving for steak and cheese sandwiches today. I think steak and cheese sandwiches are pretty easy, as long as you keep the ingredients top quality and the beef tender. That video above seems like a good recipe, I'm sure the food was good. I on the other hand, I can't afford ribeye. But I do what I can with what I can afford, so I transformed my bulk roast beef recipe into steak. It turned out to be a success, alhamdulillah. What would have made it perfect was mushrooms, and perhaps more butter. Maybe I will go out and get some tomorrow. Would you like a steak and cheese sandwich?
