Sensitive tummy

You know what it's like to engulfed in glitz and glamour, right Erin?  That lingerie fashion show they hold every year.  You had to live those years half naked, huh?  It's a good thing you got your own place, so you have somewhere to hide (somewhat).  You're so gorgeous, though.  24 hour Vegas is never far away from you.  Are you busy with football season?  I'm sorry, I'm not a big sports fan.  But you do your job well, so you don't need me at that.

You're feeling good today, aren't you Natty?  No heartache, the thoughts are calm, your tummy is behaving well.  Dr. Zam has a prescription for your sensitive stomach.  Please eat LARGE portions of the following foods:
1.  Plain steamed rice with 2 eggs
2.  Steak and mash potatoes
3.  Salmon sushi
with filtered water only.  I mean LARGE portions- eat until you're stuffed!  Just the food and water, no sauces or spices.  Soy sauce is OK.

And you're always hungry, aren't you Pina?  Good thing you're going to take cooking classes.  Your metabolism is on overdrive now honey, so you must not miss your meals.  But as you age, that metabolism will slow down.
