Letter to Erin 20160114

In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Merciful.

You know what I love about you the most, Erin?  It's your sincerity.  I have the belief that you are sincere with me, about being married to me.  I can't prove it, but I believe it.  It makes me feel that I can love you forever.  I love you and I need you.  Praise be to Allah.

I finally got around to doing some grocery shopping this morning.  I got some chicken wings and breast, tofu, won ton skins, chili fixings, etc.  Just the usual stuff.  Thus I'm writing this letter later than usual, because I spent most of the evening and night doing kitchen work.  I made my home made hot sauce but with extra ginger this time.  I also made some ketchup based barbecue sauce for my grilled chicken breast tomorrow.  Mostly ketchup and fermented anchovies, with soy sauce and some spices.  That took a while, then I had a late dinner of stuffed won tons.  It's been a while since I had it last, and they sure tasted good.  I had a lot too, so you should have been here to share my dinner with me.  Thus again, I just got done stuffing old ketchup bottles with home made hot sauce before clearing my desk to write.
