Fish head curry

 

Hi Natty!  Oh, sorry I'm running late again.  I didn't go anywhere.  Google updated Chrome and it messed with my Second Life viewer, so I had to get that all straightened out.  How are you?  How's business?  Lots of excitement in the Society?  We've only just begun, Honey.

I had a chance to buy a big old fish head in curry, so I did.  I love fish heads!  This one is a Crevalle Jack, and no I didn't get any feathers in my meal.  I hardly ever buy fresh fish anymore, I just can't be bothered with the labor of processing it.  So I just buy what's already cooked.  If I wanted to make sushi though, then I would have to get a fresh fish.  I'll just wait until I make dinner for us.  I'm sure you like sushi.  I love sushi, and when you're with me inshaAllah, I'll make you do some of the labor.  OK?

The first I do with fish head curry is to get it out of the curry, and into my favorite iron plate so I can separate the meat from the bones.  I also take this time to snack on some of the parts like the lips and the meat behind the eyes.  That's the best part!  You must try it!  When the bones are gone, I put some aside for the kitty.  I douse my rice with the curry, and add the fish meat in.  And I always eat rice with a fork and spoon.
