That's MY girl, folks. Mine, mine, MINE. Oh, fish and chips! We must make that someday inshaAllah. I made a fresh batch of dough this morning. I could have tried for a quiche dinner, but I had such a craving for sausage rolls. I made a batch of my home made halal beef sausage yesterday. I've made sausage rolls countless times for other people, but I've never had it myself. It's because the sausage was made out of pig. So I whipped up some sausage rolls for dinner, and I'm pleased to report that it was successful. Alhamdulillah! I didn't load the rolls with sausage, I spread them on the sheets of dough like you would spread butter on a slice of bread. I just wanted it to flavor the rolls, so I could dip them in the marinara sauce I made yesterday, or the extra strong ranch. I used sliced cheese for the cheese. I have mozzarella, but I'm saving that for the Great Pizza Day. Would you like a sausage roll, Honey?
