The yellow rose

Hi Natty honey!  What's the news?  Oh, aren't YOU the center of attention!  Well I hope you are having tons of fun, my darling.  Please make sure you relax, and enjoy your situation.  Oh, I love cats!  You don't buy into that superstition about black cats, do you?  That cat of yours looks kind of fluffy and pampered.  Incidentally, I had a visit from a black cat Tuesday night.  I was at the mosque, sitting in the outside room, listening to the elderly Qur'an teacher.  This little black kitten was crying and squealing outside.  Then he came inside, and rubbed himself against me, begging and crying.  He was a soft and clean little kitten, but sorry little fella, I can't take you home.  And I have to put you outside the mosque and shut the door.  I had a dream last night that I was popping balloons to scare cats.  Cats in dreams means deceit, unless you chase it away or it is a friend.  Life is but a dream, huh?

I haven't made dinner yet, and I'm hungry.  I have some rice ready for fried rice, but I didn't get to it because after I cut the grass this evening, I got sidelined by processing tamarind, which took longer than I hoped.  Messy stuff.  After I post this, I'll go make my dinner.  Come join me!

Here's a snapshot of a yellow rose blooming on my porch that I took half and hour ago.
