Too much grease

 

Hi Natty!   How are you, Honey?  I hope that everything is going great for you today.  It's Sunday over here.  Yeah, it's a busy day like Sundays always are.  I just got done with dinner.  I'm afraid it was a failure, though.  I made fry bread with a tofu dip.  The dip was OK, I wasn't really trying.  It was just tofu, tomatoes and onions fried up in hot sauce and soy sauce.  Nothing special, my heart wasn't into cooking really.  I had some dough that had been sitting in the cooler for a couple of weeks now.  I made it with extra grease, and for some reason when you do that the dough doesn't go flat, and it sure tastes great raw especially now after 2 weeks.  Sourdough!  It's supposed to be pan cooked without oil, but I thought I would try deep frying it today.  I should have known better.  It was like grease squared, and inedible.  Unless you like grease, that is.  So I ended up eating just the dip.  It was OK.  Dough is actually quite easy to do Honey, especially if you make it all the time.  The stuff in the video above looks nice and easy.

Oh I had a rose crown, but it didn't occur for me to use it!  Mary's outfit today is:
