Sunny side up

 

Hi Natty!  Whatcha doin'?  You must be busy, being an upstanding member of your society and what not.  Please think of me sometimes, as I love you and I need you.  It's a hot day today, so I made sunny side up eggs for dinner.  Actually, I had angel hair pasta with sardines in marinara sauce.  Sardines go extremely well with Italian food, especially tomato sauces.  Sardines also go great with eggs, so I thought it would be a good idea to top off my pasta with a couple of sunny side up eggs.  It did work well but alas, I broke one of my yolks.  I always seem to have a problem making perfect sunny side up eggs.  Perhaps I should crack the eggs on a flat surface like the guy in the video said.  Hm, I must try that next time.

Mary's avatar is looking sharp today!  I'm quite pleased with this outfit, even though I made an alpha error on the calves.  She's looking like a rock star!  That's because she is a rock star.

Hi Natty!  Oh, you look so pretty dressed like a boy.  I hope you are feeling good and keeping safe.  I'm doing OK here, it's just another average day.  Maybe I'm a bit grumpy after doing some shopping.  Little Otto got into trouble with his father this morning.  Adolf was just lazing on the floor on his side in the middle of the room, right where the kitten traffic is heaviest.  Otto pushed his luck playing with his father, then Adolf gave him a massive bear hug.  Poor Otto was squealing and pleading, good thing his mother was there to give Adolf a glare, so he let the baby go and went outside into the cage.  Boys, huh?  Otto and Helmut have to settle into being beta males if they wanted to stay indoors.  Do you think they would do that?

Hi Natty!  How are you, Honey?  I hope you are doing well, and keeping safe and healthy.  I love you with all of my heart.  I'm doing OK over here.  Dinner was boring, just rice with beef and onions in soy sauce.  I won't do that again.  It wasn't bad, but it was so boring.  Lunch was better, sardine rolls!  My sardine rolls are a winner, Natty.  I think you'll like them, they're so simple.  I recently discovered that it was white rice that gives my cats diarrhea.  Strange, and they love white rice.  But of course they would like something that's bad for them, so no more of that.  And Lookie can't even handle my sardine rolls!  How pathetic.  I can't venture much past kibble with her.  It wouldn't be so bad if they weren't so obnoxious about sharing my food.

And the winner of the 2023 Golden Globe Awards is Jenna Ortega!  Congratulations, girl!  You totally nailed the look and aura!  Your prize is that you get to be a movie star!  Hooray!  In other fashion news, I was reading the obituary for Tatjana Patitz (we're the same age), and I saw that Anna Wintour has a new title: chief content officer of Condé Nast and global editorial director of Vogue.  Congratulations, girl!  Anybody with a title like that has to be a big winner!  For your prize, you get to boss people around and tell them what to do!  Another death today is that of Jeff Beck.  I learned my right hand technique from watching Jeff play guitar.  From Allah is our origin, and to Allah is our return.
