In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Merciful.

36.  Is not Allah enough for God's servant?  But they try to frighten you with others besides God!  For such as Allah leaves to stray, there can be no guide.

37.  And such as Allah does guide, there can be none to lead astray.  Is not Allah Exalted in Power, Lord of Retribution?

38.  If indeed you ask them who it is that created the heavens and the earth, they would be sure to say, "Allah."  Say, "Do you see?  The things that you invoke besides Allah, can they, if Allah wills some penalty for me, remove God's penalty?  Or if God wills some grace for me, can they keep back God's grace?"  Say, "Sufficient is Allah for me!"  In God trust those who put their trust.

Fried rice

Hi Natty!  How are you, my love?  I hope you are healthy, and enjoying your place in life.  You are MY girl, and I love you with all of my heart.  Yes I'm running late today, I'm sorry.  I had to do yard work, then I had a late start on dinner.  Are you hungry?  I made fried rice for dinner.  Anybody can make fried rice, right?  I like to think of fried rice as the art of utilizing leftovers.  The rice has to be cold for starters, best left over in the fridge overnight.  However my Mom gave me half a head of cauliflower, so I wanted to use that quickly before it got slimy.  I usually add cauliflower/broccoli at the end, so it retains its crunch.  But the half head I got was really big, so I had to add it in earlier to soften it up.  First, you fry up some chopped garlic.  Then I added some Siamese tom yum paste (basically a spicy tamarind sauce) and sliced chicken.  You can flavor your fried rice with anything really, as long as the fried rice is light and refreshing in flavor: no heavy sauces or grease!  I added the rice next, broke it up while stirring and adding light soy sauce.  Then the cauliflower went in, chopped into its smallest possible florets.  Mix it up, then I like to sprinkle anchovy bouillon for the main flavor.  Not too much!  Light and refreshing!  When hot enough, make a crater in the middle of the rice and crack an egg in there.  Season the egg with salt or soy sauce, let it harden a little, then stir it up again.  Shut off the heat and add the last of the fresh vegetables, in my case chopped chives and hot peppers.  It's ready!  I served it in my favorite pink bowl, and sprinkled salted radish and dried fried onions on top as the final touch.

Tomato puree

Hi there Natty!  How are you, my love?  I hope you are healthy and having a fabulous time.  I have another pot of beans slow cooking on my stove top right now.  Yeah, I have to declare the last batch of chili I made a failure.  I don't usually put tomato puree or paste in my chili, but last time I did and it gave me severe heartburn.  It tasted so normal though, but after 4 hours the heartburn crept up.  The strange thing is when I used that same tomato puree in spaghetti sauce, my stomach had no problem with it.  So it made me wonder that, did all the chili I ate throughout my life give me heartburn because of the tomato paste?  Do people in general get heartburn from eating chili because of the tomato paste?  I can only speculate about that.  What I do know is when I made chili without tomato paste, I didn't get heartburn.  No matter how hot and spicy it was.  This batch of chili is going to be experimental though, so we'll see how my tummy reacts.  I'm putting local flavors in it, like bitter bean hot sauce and mixed curry that I bought from the corner restaurant.

Precision

Hi Natty!  What's happening with you, my darling?  I hope you're doing great and having tons of fun.  I made some toasted sardine sandwiches for dinner, with home made mayo.  Would you like one?  The mayo solidified at the top for some reason.  Too much oil, probably.  So I had to scoop that out to spread on the bread, which I toasted first, with the sardine mix in.  So the sandwiches came out oozing, but in a good way.  No precision there, but it turned out great.  I'm watching "Manhattan" for the first time, right now.  It's in Italian though.  It looks like a visual movie, but there's a lot of chatter.  I don't really know Italian, so I hope I don't miss anything.  I had a chance to cut the grass in the evening.  The weed whacker spits out many tiny rocks, one would think it were a random pattern.  But I've learn to keep mouth shut while working.  I open my mouth just a tiny bit, and a small rock fits in there.  A small rock went up my nostril.  I there was a spot under my balls which had been itching all day, and the weed whacker threw a rock at that exact spot.  No, it was not a pleasurable experience, but it did stop itching.

The Akeruka [AK Advanced] Bento Head V2.7 #Limited Edition

Hi Natty!  How are you?  What's going on?  Are you still keeping busy?  It must be warming up there in the mountains, it must be beautiful up there.  I really envy you that.  But the weather here has been mild lately, and I had fun things to do so alhamdulillah.  I hope you are keeping healthy, and that your life is filled with beauty and happiness.

I finally saved up enough Linden dollars to buy Mary Unknown7 the Akeruka [AK Advanced] - Bento Head V2.7 #Limited Edition.  It's actually a giveaway for one Linden but only for group members, and the membership fee was 150 Lindens, so it cost me 151 Lindens, which was all I had.  Yeah pathetic, I know.  But it's a pretty mesh head and much suited for Mary.  Check it out, this is the Catwa Freya head that she's been using lately:

And this is the Akeruka mesh head:

Big difference, huh?  It's the nose that makes most of the difference, I think.  Mary likes it so much more than the Freya head, and wants to use the Akeruka head from now on.  So I guess this will probably be the last photo session using the Freya head.  Also the white rosebud in my yard will bloom tomorrow inshaAllah, so that means the Mary's black outfit marathon is over and she will get back to wearing other colors.  Sundays are still black, of course.

In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Merciful.

11.  Say, "Verily I am commanded to serve Allah with sincere devotion."

12.  And I am commanded to be the first of those who bow to God in Islam.

13.  Say, "I would, if I disobeyed my Lord, indeed have fear of the penalty of a Mighty Day."

14.  Say, "It is Allah I serve, with my sincere devotion."

15.  Serve you what you will besides God.  Say, "Truly those in loss are those who lose their own souls and their people on the Day of Judgement."  Ah, that is indeed the evident loss!

16.  They shall have layers of fire above them, and layers below them.  With this does Allah warn God's servants: "O My servants!  Then fear you Me!"

17.  Those who eschew evil and fall not into its worship, and turn to Allah: for them is good news.  So announce the good news to My servants.

18.  Those who listen to the Word, and follow the best in it.  Those are the ones whom Allah has guided, and those are the ones endued with understanding.
