Hi Natty!  How are you, Honey?  I hope you and the family are doing well, and you are keeping safe and healthy.  I'm doing OK over here, just need my girl that's all.  I did have a big dinner.  A huge plateful of fries, 4 big potatoes!  Along with some steak.  Lunch was more modest.  A couple of eggs and a couple of tomatoes.  Lately I've been doing my fashion picks while sitting at the mosque, waiting for them to call the prayer.  Air-conditioned.  Don't you think the shoes in the Prada SPRING 2023 READY-TO-WEAR collection are almost like the shoes Andi wore in the movie when she got glared down by Miranda?

Hi there, beautiful Natty!  How you doin', Honey?  I think you're having tons of fun!  I want you to know that I love you with all of my heart.  So please keep safe and healthy OK!  It's been a busy day for me.  I missed the congregational sunset prayer at the mosque because I was still cleaning up after dinner.  So I went with the flow and prayed at home.  Dinner was fried rice, which is a go-with-the-flow kind of dish to me.  The Art of Utilizing Leftovers.  What you see up there is steak, chicken liver, bok choy, Vietnamese cilantro, carrot, garlic, and egg, with dried shallots and sesame seeds for garnish.  I almost forgot the broccoli!  Looks complex, doesn't it?  It was light and refreshing!  My approach to fried rice is that it should be light and refreshing.  Of course there's enough salt in there!  Half the seasoning packet from a chicken flavored ramen!  Want some?  Oh no, I ate it all!

Sweet-smelling plants

Hi Natty!  How are you feeling today, Honey?  I hope you are having an awesome time and keeping safe and healthy.  I love you with all of my heart!  Say hi to the family for me!  I was at the Tuesday market over at 2 Stones (or Gravestones) this morning.  I got some chicken livers and gizzards.  The liver is for me and the gizzards are for the puddytats.  I also got some salted fish, some broccoli, a carrot and a sprig of Vietnamese coriander (the stuff you see in the photo).  It's very fragrant with a bit of a bite to it.  It was a great addition to my ramen below, and made a huge difference in the fried noodles I made for dinner.  But it doesn't last.  I put it in water as you can see, but by noon it was already drying up, so I had to put it in the cooler.  Perhaps I will be able to use what's left for fried rice tomorrow.
