 Hi Natty!  How are today, Honey?  I hope everything is going well for you and you are enjoying yourself, while keeping safe and healthy.  How's your tummy, by the way?  I can't imagine your being able to stomach many tacos.  When Ringo had to join the rest of the Beatles in India, he brought along cans of Heinz beans with him.

It's Monday over here, and it's just business as usual.  The hot season was supposed to start on the New Year, but it isn't hot right now so alhamdulillah.  I hate hot weather.  The menu today is good but not extraordinary.  My Mom gave me some spring rolls plus I had ramen for lunch.  Dinner was pasta.  The days are getting longer at last, so in the evening I had time to cut the grass, make dinner and eat it, then shower before sunset.  I'm looking forward to a chill evening watching TV and eating honey roasted peanuts.  Simple pleasures!  Alhamdulillah.  Anyway, time to do wardrobe.  I love you!

Hi Natty!  How are you, Honey?  Are you still living it up down south?  Please keep safe and healthy OK!  I'm doing OK over here.  It's Sunday after sunset, and I'm finally beginning to wind down after a busy day.  Whew!  I just had a wokful of fried noodles.  I must have been hungry.  Did you want some?

Sorry we were late this evening, folks.  I had trouble getting Second Life to run properly.  Someone changed the network setup while I was at the mosque.  We put in a little extra time to compensate.

The big carrot

 

Hi Natty!  Oh, quesadillas!  No, that's enchiladas!  I mean marguerites!  I don't consume marguerites Honey, for obvious reasons.  But I must forgive you, right?  You're such a clever girl!  That's some nice looking food, too.  A very model diet.  Very citrusy and shrimpy.  They should have given you bigger shrimp, though.

I couldn't survive on that kind of food.  I need protein, or I'll get heart problems.  No, soybeans don't cut it.  It must be animal flesh.  Shrimp isn't enough either, unless it's a kilo at a time.  I went to the market this morning.  There were some big old carrots there.  That's what I had for dinner.  First I chopped up garlic and galangal then browned that up, then added the sliced carrots and cabbage, then chunks of beef.  A teaspoon of anchovy bouillon, cooked it until the vegetables softened up and dumped the whole lot onto a pot of steamed rice.  Finally I topped it off with dried shallots and soy sauce.  Simplicity!  One of the best meals I ever had in my life.  Alhamdulillah.
