Hi Natty!  How are you today, Honey?  I hope you are doing well, and keeping cool and calm during these busy days.  It's Sunday over here today, and it has been an active day.  Sundays are always busy for me.  I cleaned my mother's bedroom in the morning, and in the evening I cut the grass.

I made fried rice vermicelli for dinner.  I found a sample video for you of what it looks like.  The shortest video: the concept is the same all around, what differs is the stuff you put in it.  I had my raw rice vermicelli already soaking in water by the time I finished cutting the grass.  Rice vermicelli comes dried.  First I fried up a crude omelet.  Not as crude as the guy above, mine actually looked like an omelet even though I planned to throw it back in and chop it up into the mix.  Then I fried some chopped garlic then my stir fry mix, which is cabbage, Chinese cabbage, green beans and red hot chilli peppers.  I dumped in the ramen broth I made the other day from a salted fish head and kelp, turned the heat to high, and let the veggies steam for a bit, then took them out with a strainer on a stick.  That left just the broth, and I added some Mae Pranom (Siamese tamarind paste commonly used for tom yum) to it then the rice vermicelli.  Stir it up and let it brew until the broth evaporates, then mix in the veggies and omelet.  It was a heavy-handed effort since I just got done cutting grass and wasn't in any mood to cook, but it turned out successful.  It didn't need any extra salt, the ramen broth carried the dish forward.  That broth is good stuff.  I have to use it for ramen someday.

I don't see designers nowadays using garter belt and stockings, but I love it.  Say Natty Honey, have you ever thought about wearing a garter belt and stockings on a daily basis?  The dress here isn't the best quality even though it's mesh.  The belt is drawn on, not a wireframe.  I love the boots, I've had them in Mary's inventory since 2016:

Hi Natty!  Hi Honey!  What's going on?  I'm sure you are busy.  Please eat and rest adequately, and take care of your health and safety.  I'm having a lazy evening.  The morning was busy for me, just doing essential housekeeping, but now I'm only motivated to being lazy.  I watch a lot of YouTube, and I see all these people busting their butts for a little attention.  I guess I don't really appreciate fame like they do.  I give my fame to Allah.

That ramen stock I made from a salted fish head and a piece of kelp has turned out to be an awesome flavor enhancer, which I use on vegetables.  Today's dinner was white rice with beef and broccoli.  Want some?  I'm starting to accumulate a lot of sauces.  I think it's time for experimentation.  But oh, I'm so lazy right now.

Hi Natty!  How are you?  What's going on?  Oh, serious business huh.  Well, now is the time.  Now has been the time for me for a long time already.  I think I have a selfie I took a while ago which I titled "If not now".  Let's see if I can find it... oh, here it is.  Wow, October 20 1998!  Has it been that long?

Yeah, it's kind of pathetic.  I guess I still feel the same way because I'm still poor.

Hey Honey, want some dinner?  I fried up some noodles for dinner.  I have a fresh stir fry mix, which is cabbage, Chinese cabbage, green beans, and red hot chilli peppers.  Black mushrooms made a big slimy mess, and bean sprouts just don't keep for long.  This mix seems more stable.  I brewed up some broth for ramen using a salted fish head and kelp.  It seemed too salty for ramen on Wednesday, but now it's not so bad.  I used it to season the veggies, then as a base for the noodles along with drippings from the roast beef I made yesterday, and some chunks of roast beef of course.  Add an egg at the end over the noodles, and I ended up with the perfect flavor.  I was quite surprised.  The cats were fighting over it.  Hey, don't squabble on my counter top!  Take your love quarrel down on the floor!  I have to share my food with Lookie and Adolf Kitler, or they'll get upset.  Which means I have to make the food safe for their sensitive stomachs, or not give them any taste at all, in which they would get upset.  Sometimes the male prefers my cooking over the female, and vice versa.  Today, Adolf was licking under my iron plate for extra morsels.

Anyway, ya Allah, thank You for the knowledge and the bounty that You have provided for me.

Roast beef

 

Hi Natty!  How are you doing today?  Oh... girls, girls, girls!  Those pretty girls are throwing themselves at you!  I find it quite exciting actually, I wish you would tell me your girlie problems.  I suppose it would be fun to spend everyday just bonking all day, but work is fun too you know, especially when you enjoy your work.  I would rather you save yourself for me, as I do for you.  It's the faithful thing to do, right?  Please don't give in to temptation.  Like I said, there are a LOT of pretty girls out there.  Ugh... I can't think about it.  I have to pray.

Let's make some roast beef!  Cook the chunk of beef slowly in a closed pot, with some seasonings.  Sound simple?  If the cut of beef is good, then the roast beef will be easy and quick and taste awesome especially when still hot.  I have to use the cheapest cuts of beef (which the price has gone up, incidentally) which taste awful by themselves.  It's the juices that taste bad, so you have to get rid of all the juices before you can start the roast beef.  That means roast beef from crappy cuts can never be cooked rare.  Once I exchange the bad juices for good juices, then the result is heavenly especially when hot, and it looks pretty good too.  Want some?
