Stir fry vegetables

 

Hi Natty!  How are you today, Honey?  Still having all those pretty girls chase you around?  Now you know what it's like to be a rock star.  Now please don't slut around.  I don't.  I could and could have, but I don't and didn't.  I'm just sitting here alone, writing to my Sweetie.  Sitting in front of the computer by myself, like I've been doing for the past few decades.  It's been an active day.  I cleaned my mother's bedroom this morning, like I do every Sunday.  In the evening, I cut the grass.  The damned grass is so strong, there's always grass to cut.  I had takeout rice for lunch and rice vermicelli for dinner, both with stir fried vegetables.  It's an easy concept, but you're not going to find anybody on YouTube taking the easy route.  Everyone's a gourmet I suppose, or they're just trying to attract attention.  Right now, I have cabbage, Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts and black mushrooms all chopped salad sized then mixed, and ready to be used for stir fry.  I just heat up the old wok at high heat with a little bit of grease, grab a large handful or two of vegetables, then fry it up until the desired snappiness.  For flavor, I just sprinkle some chicken bouillon on it.  Done!  No one eats stir fried vegetables by itself.  The vegetables balance out whatever else you eat it with, so why add extra seasoning to it?

Morning glory

 

Hi Natty!  How are you, Honey?  I hope you are having lots of fun being you, because you are my love, and I love you with all of my heart.  It's been an active day for me.  I vacuum cleaned my house in the morning, then installed a floodlight in the back yard after going out and buying it at the hardware store.  I love LEDs!  I used to have a 7w LED spotlight, but it died in 2 years.  The pitch that LEDS last a long time is half true: the housing dies quickly.  This time I got a 25w spotlight, and it is bright.  I was so tempted to get Christmas lights for inside my house, but I didn't.  I spent the evening whacking away the morning glory in the back yard.  How to grow morning glory here?  Don't even try.  They live tenaciously here, and some of the vines are really thick.  Choked up my weed whacker.  After the cutting, I sprayed weed killer around especially in the cracks in the concrete, where the vines like to hide.  I sure hope it doesn't rain tonight.  I wake up at 4 am every morning when it isn't fasting month.  That's my Qur'an time, and after the Qur'an I work on studio music until they call the dawn prayer.  I did most of the noisy drum tracks at this time!  I'm amazed.

Hi Natty!  Oh, that's a nice woodland find.  There's a place like that close by over here that's similar, but with many small waterfalls.  Looks nice and clean, but you never know.  Aren't you afraid of mosquitoes or leeches or such?  Please put on a pair of pants, Honey.

Speaking of water, I have just been informed that the most dangerous room in my house is the bathroom.  How about that?  Adolf Kitler had been watching that window a lot recently, but I don't want my kitty to get hurt if something happened, so I barricaded it with mesh wire.  They tried to get me from that direction before many years ago, but I cleared out all the scrub and kept the grass cut.  I guess now I need put a light in that direction.  Sigh.

Oh Natty, that's such a cute photo!  I absolutely had to put it in my slideshow.  Are you having fun, Honey?  I hope you are keeping safe and healthy.  I came across last month's issue of Vogue yesterday, you know the one with Rihanna.  I wanted to see the September Issue movie, but they wouldn't let me have that.  Anyway, I used to read Vogue regularly.  In fact, I used to sell Vogue.  Back when the Internet was just a 386dx and a 14.4k modem.  Magazines ruled then, people would buy them in bulk even if they didn't know how to read.  But Vogue wasn't one of those magazines I would really read, I was interested in the pictures.  Vogue may actually be one of those magazines I look at because of the ads.  It's not the same magazine it was back then.  The ads are fewer and different, more like the ads you would find in Newsweek or something.  It doesn't seem much like a fashion magazine anymore.  Vogue online is a different animal: there is so much more content, and so much more to look at.  Which makes sense, because magazines are losing out to cell phones.  But girls will always want to look pretty, so fashion will never go out of style.  Vogue will have to settle on being an online powerhouse, plus being a reason for people to get together.  A grander view, Anna darling.  However, there is one thing that magazines can do where the Internet can't do: market perfumes.

Besides being a fashion critic, I'm not much involved with the general fashion market.  I'm too lazy to dress up, I don't party, I hardly go out, I don't really give a shit about celebrities, I don't want to travel or attend social events etc.  But wait a minute folks!  MashaAllah, I am a Marketing Bitch!  If you wanted to profit from the presence of the music then I don't go to you, YOU COME TO ME!

I think I'm almost out of designers to review for the Spring 2022 season.  If you didn't see me review your work, then it means I didn't like your work.  Once I milk Spring 2022 dry, I guess I should move on to Fall 2022.  But it's not September yet, so my next season would be Spring Couture 2022.  Here's what I like from the Hope For Flowers SPRING 2022 READY-TO-WEAR collection:
