Beans!

 

Hi Natty!  How are you?  I hope everything is going great for you, and you are feeling fantastic.  I'm feeling a bit tired, that's because I just got done cutting the grass.  Good thing I had something quick and simple for dinner: beans!  Yeah, I'm a cowboy!  There must hundreds of recipes for chili on YouTube.  I cooked my beans in the drippings of my roast beef, then added a few spoons of my home made hot sauce.  Just the beans, ma'am.  No beef, onions, tomatoes or whatever.  When the batch was done I portioned it out and kept it in the freezer.  So all I had to do for dinner today was have a portion defrosted then let it reheat while I showered, with a few chunks of my roast beef in there.  So easy!  So speedy!  Yes Honey, evenings have become so short.  Quick meals are the only way to fit in any yard work.

Hi Natty!  Oh, sorry I'm running late again.  I didn't go anywhere.  Google updated Chrome and it messed with my Second Life viewer, so I had to get that all straightened out.  How are you?  How's business?  Lots of excitement in the Society?  We've only just begun, Honey.

I had a chance to buy a big old fish head in curry, so I did.  I love fish heads!  This one is a Crevalle Jack, and no I didn't get any feathers in my meal.  I hardly ever buy fresh fish anymore, I just can't be bothered with the labor of processing it.  So I just buy what's already cooked.  If I wanted to make sushi though, then I would have to get a fresh fish.  I'll just wait until I make dinner for us.  I'm sure you like sushi.  I love sushi, and when you're with me inshaAllah, I'll make you do some of the labor.  OK?

The first I do with fish head curry is to get it out of the curry, and into my favorite iron plate so I can separate the meat from the bones.  I also take this time to snack on some of the parts like the lips and the meat behind the eyes.  That's the best part!  You must try it!  When the bones are gone, I put some aside for the kitty.  I douse my rice with the curry, and add the fish meat in.  And I always eat rice with a fork and spoon.

Hi Honey!  I'm sorry I'm running late.  I had to go to Giant (supermarket) after the Asr prayer to get supplies for the fasting month, and I got stranded there because of the rain.  I thought I would eat my dinner at the food court, but the fried chicken place didn't have any breasts.  Chicken breasts.  KFC is on the way back home, so when the rain subsided I stopped by and got 3 breasts.  Chicken breasts.  I must say that KFC breast portions are twice the size over the fried chicken place at the supermarket.  Lookie and Adolf Kitler had a huge chicken feast tonight, and they are both very pleased with me.

Vogue has an article on every look on the 2022 Oscars red carpet, I thought I would discuss it.  There were 99 photos, but I'm sure there were more than 99 guests at the ceremony.  I guess these were the people that Vogue was interested in.  I didn't recognize many of them.  I think the Oscars have lost a lot of star power.  Not from their refusing to attend, but from their not existing.  The Internet has sucked the celebrity pool dry, what are left are "influencers".  Anyway, from the 99 people I chose the girls who look like they are at the Oscars walking the red carpet, as opposed to the others who look like they are standing in line for a slice of pizza at the Clown College cafeteria:

It is the music that makes the designs I link to here "en vogue", so be grateful to Allah, and praise and glory to Allah.  Here's what I choose from the Rodarte SPRING 2022 READY-TO-WEAR collection.  Looks 38 to 73 seem to be some sort of glamorized hospital gown.  I was about to choose one of them to like, then I realized that it would be the model that made the outfit look good.  Hospital gown, y'know:

Time warp

 

Hi Natty!  How's it going today?  Aw don't you worry so much, my beautiful precious Natty.  I love you with all of my heart.  Everything will work out absolutely fabulous for us inshaAllah.  Please be patient and pray, OK!  I experienced my first real time warp yesterday.  I'm not bragging nor justifying myself, I only want to record it in my weblog so I remember when it happened.  After the Asr prayer, I went straight from the mosque to the night market to get some treats for my mother.  That was 5 pm.  When I got home, I changed my clothes then swept my mother's kitchen and took out the trash.  After that,  I put on my boots and hacked down the low branches from a line of trees with a scythe along the road to the elementary school.  That's about 50 yards of thick braches.  Then I dug up a few stumps with a heavy hoe.  I cooked a batch of roast beef in the morning, and I needed to portion it into cubes but before that I had my dinner, which was roast beef and cheese sandwiches.  I checked the clock, and it was about 7 pm.  Whoops, I'll do the beef later!  Sunset was 7:30 pm and I still had to blog, so I took a shower then worked on my blog while I dried off.  Come 7:30 they still hadn't called the prayer, so I put on my mosque outfit and got ready to leave.  I checked the clock on the computer, and it was only 6:30 pm.  Somehow I gained an hour.  Maybe I misread the time, but there's no way I could have done that shopping and all that labor in less than an hour.  God gave me an extra hour yesterday.  What did I do with the extra time?  I was exhausted, so I took a nap.
