The day after Dimebag Darrell died, I went to the hairdresser in Tempe, AZ.  I told her a famous guitarist got murdered on stage and she reacted with amusement, eyes wide open and a big smile.

The marathon

 

Integrity is a marathon.  It's nice to have nice people who are loyal.  It's a shame about the people you love who don't stick around.  They probably have families.

Know this for sure Honey, especially when you're out and about alone on your skateboard: don't rely on the crowd for help.  They are there just to watch the spectacle.  At best, they will be too late.  So be smart, and plan ahead for your movements in real time.  Prevention is the only worthwhile justice.

Vocal harmonies are the best solution to not having a powerhouse singer.

I think it's great that you intend to take on lead vocals: people want to hear you sing.  But you should put in some work in it because you're going to get criticized, and we all know how much you hate that.  This means that you must be singing all the time, not just when you have a guitar in your hands.

Vocal harmonies are more powerful than vocals in unison.  Vocal harmonies need to be rehearsed.  With your Hodge Podge politics, the only ones who are present for every gig are you, Prince and Brandon.  So you three are the ones who must carry all the vocals.  Why loyalty?  Because people hear vocals first.  Build your band around people who are loyal.  You will sound the best that way.  Of course you could rehearse harmonies with hired guns, maybe you could get the same results as the Beatles.  Maybe.

Whatcha gonna do with a girl like that?

 

I'm gonna do her, of course!  What a silly question.  Honey, you can write hits!  This is such a catchy song, and so easy to bounce and sing along to.  It's a hit!  You got the talent, you got the looks and you got the crowd.  It's a sure thing!  InshaAllah.  Now don't be in such a rush to get into the hit parade.  Let it happen naturally, so you have time to spend with your pets.  You don't need the money, right?  So don't do anything foolish like sign your music away.

Oh those low notes are tough, huh.  Maybe you can get one of the boys to sing it.  Or move those low notes up so you can be heard.  Also the the mix in that club is poor.  US sound guys need to step up to the quality of the Japanese.

Instead of the fear if death, put your fear in God.  Pray for protection and forgiveness.  You must pray, all the time, or you will have no connection with God.

Fashion

 

This isn't a post about fashion actually, I just wanted to bitch about the deplorable selection of apparel available for my hero in Eternium.  I did manage to earn some cosmetic points recently, so I got her some white leggings and a Santa hat.  She actually looks somewhat girlie, finally.  It's sad that a Santa hat is the option to make her look girlie...
