One needs to pull that mask up higher to hide the fear, otherwise everyone can plainly see it. It is OK to be afraid, if you put your fear in Allah. Allah is the Oft-Forgiving, the Grantor of life and death. If you sincerely focus your fear on God then you will have no fear of anyone nor anything else, inshaAllah. Pray, and beg Allah for forgiveness and mercy. Pray and repent sincerely, for the prayer of those who have no faith is futile.
Hi Natty! Aw, don't you worry about a thing my dearest. Everything is going to work out just great for us InshaAllah. You are MY girl, and I love you with all of my heart. I will marry you, inshaAllah. Don't fret so much about the world, because God's plan is in motion and there is nothing we can do about it but pray. So please pray for peace of heart and mind. Meditate, and be as one with the world as it spins around.
Here is another nice snapshot from the How does your avatar look today ? thread. By the way, that's not a boa: that's a python!
Hi Natty! How are you? I hope you are trying to relax and enjoy yourself. I actually envy your location, but it's nice and cool here lately so I can't complain. The whole world is in flux everywhere, so try to be accepting of where you are, kick back and enjoy the show because it's a doozy. The virus is constantly mutating, and though the health department here is very quick and clever, they seem to be always playing catch up. I have doubts about the effectiveness of any vaccine, so the best thing to do is to keep your distance from other people, and neutralize even the slightest sensation of a cold or flu symptom. Don't let yourself get overwhelmed.
Isolation comes naturally to me, and I'm quite pleased with it even though I long for my girl. I like my own cooking: Allah taught me how to cook alhamdulillah, and I prefer my own cooking most of the time. Time constrains, but at least I don't have to eat quarantine food. When we are together inshaAllah, we must plan all our meals. It's romantic, we can go shopping together, it's a reason to live. I like to eat only 2 meals a day. These days, it seems easier than ever to get bloated: even the poor are bloated now. Anyway, I had fry bread for lunch and I ate that with some curry I bought at the corner restaurant. I had some curry left over, so I made curry pup stuffing. I'm pleased that my curry pup recipe is improving, but I had a lot of stuffing. I had curry pups yesterday, I didn't want it again today. But I have plans Monday so I didn't want to get stuffed tomorrow evening for fear of carrying around excess waste, so I had curry pups again for dinner today. It's a good recipe, and man-sized portions so alhamdulillah.
Hi Natty? How are you today, my love? Don't you worry so much OK? Everything will turn out just great for us inshaAllah. I want you to always know that I love you with all of my heart. You are MY girl, and I will marry you inshaAllah. I hope you are healthy and enjoying yourself. Please take good care of your health during this pandemic. Try to keep your distance from others. How's the cooking coming along? It takes a lot of tries to get experience, so don't be hard on yourself about that. When it comes to food, whether you make it yourself or receive it as a gift, don't eat it if you are not comfortable with eating it. Don't eat food out of guilt, even if you made it yourself with the help of friends. If you don't feeling like eating it, just call it a failure and throw it away. Don't even give it to the dog. Perhaps you could bury it, and it will fertilize your yard. Then you can grow some nice produce and make salads. When it comes to ingesting food, always trust your feelings.
Hi Natty! How are you today, my love? I hope all is well with you, and you are enjoying yourself. Have you been dabbling in the kitchen? You should invite friends over, cook together, and make a party out of the occasion! Just make sure everyone is virus free. I had to learn how to cook by myself or rather, Allah taught me. I made mushburgers for dinner today. Yeah, I found some nice oyster mushrooms while buying fish this morning. So I fried some of those up with some diced red hot chilli peppers, and put it on my cheeseburger. I used a couple of those burger patties I bought the other day. It tastes different from the popular brand I usually buy (which I won't name here), but it isn't bad. It's a bit lean. I need to add grease in the pan when cooking it. That popular brand is obviously sold out at a higher price all over this country. If any of you folks want to get in on the burger patty market here, then heed my advice: don't use just lean meat. The meat blend of that popular brand has fat and gristle in it, plus I found some bone fragments as well. You can't eat bone, but it sure tastes good. If any of you guys want me to come up with a minced beef blend for you, just make me an offer. And be sure you have a powerful meat grinder.
Hi Natty! How are you? I hope you are in beautiful, clean surroundings, and your health is excellent. I just spent the evening driving around and running errands. Oh my God, there's a lot of traffic out there. I had to go make a bank deposit to pay my Internet bill, because my ISP is going with paperless receipts. They had been bugging me to pay the bill online for a while already, so I have to concede because there's no point of paying cash if I don't get a receipt. Sure the world is going paperless (except the government and legal systems, of course) but I like those paper receipts so I can keep track of my tax files. I recently took a liking to local coffee, and I had to drive far to find my favorite brand. Then my usual brand of burgers has gone missing: actually I saw a whole freezer full of the stuff at the big supermarket, with the price jacked up by over 50%. But in response, a couple of new brands have popped up so I bought a couple of packs of that. Anyway. I'm going to finish my dinner now. Curry pups. Yeah I know, the same old stuff. I like my routine because it's convenient, and my stomach likes it too. I love you!
Hi Natty! How's it going? Are you staying busy? Just because you're in Vancouver, doesn't mean that you can't do world class business. This is the Internet Age! I'm certain that the environment there is much better than Los Angeles. The air is nice and clean here too, and the local government puts in much effort to keep the environment clean. It's one of the few selling points of this poor and small state. Lord knows how much I despise the city. Thus God placed me here to do music business. Even though I don't make any money nor am I allowed to ask for money, other people get to make a living out of the effort I put in everyday with all due faith. It's both a crying shame and a pile of skulls. Anyway I'm short on time and I can't bring fatigue into my work, so I have to cut down on labor. Instead of making my own curry, I bought some curry from the corner restaurant. Just the gravy. I had a lot of boiled potatoes from yesterday, so I reheated the gravy and dumped some potatoes in there. I cooked it until the potatoes soaked up the curry, and I ate that with home made fry bread for lunch. I had a lot of potato curry left, so I had that for dinner too. This time I strained all the potatoes out and put them back in the cooler for making curry pup stuffing, then added diced chicken and tofu into the gravy and poured it onto steamed rice. Saved money, too. The sad part is if I did have money, I would still go this route in order to save on labor.
