For a moment there...

Hi Natty!  How are you, my love?  I hope you are healthy, and enjoying your ride on the crazy carousel.  Yeah, we can't escape the crazy carousel: the only difference is whether we are aware of the ride or not.  Right now, you're riding a house instead of a painted pony!  Isn't that a cute photo?  Floofy has decided to be sweet to the kittens, and be their surrogate mother even though she has no milk to offer.  Floofy's daughter Lookie is also being nice to the kittens.  It got better.  At one point, I caught all 4 cats snuggling up together, but the light was too poor to get a snapshot with my crummy camera.  It was just a short moment though.  Floofy eventually went back to being a domineering mother, and gave her daughter a smack on the head while Lookie was dozing in the bliss of social perfection.
Yeah I know I'm late in posting today, I'm sorry.  I got caught up with my dinner.  My Mom gave me a fish head, split in 2.  Snapper!  Big fish!  Thanks, Mom!  I love fish heads.  The dining experience of fish heads is similar to BBQ beef ribs: messy, picking and sucking the meat off from the bones.  I was busy this evening, so I didn't bother making my own broth to cook the fish head.  I bought curry from Embun's restaurant at the crossroads, and cooked the fish head in that.  Then ate it with fresh home made pita bread.  Alhamdulillah!  I still have the other half of the fish head!  I think I'll have the same thing for tomorrow's dinner.  Hopefully, I won't be late to blog again.

If pink is the new black, and orange is the new pink, then is it back to black?

Hi Natty!  What's going on?  I hope you are healthy, and having fun being you.  I noticed your shuffling your Instagram around.  It's weird that there's one less post than yesterday, but you have 2 more posts.  Maybe I'm just missing something.  It's another busy day for me, another lots of driving around in the morning.  I stopped by the supermarket to pick up a carton of small portion coconut milk for my Mom.  I was tripping out at the checkout counter, watching this traditional looking old Malay woman buy Prego spaghetti fixings.
I didn't do any yard work this evening.  Oh, there are a couple of large cranes hanging around my house!  They've been here a few days already.  Big birds, not storks I think, but with heavier bills, and black and white in color, more like tall pelicans without the bag under the beak.  They seem to be very interested in the storm drain.  But that's not why I didn't do any yard work.  The real and overwhelming reason why I didn't do any yard work in the evening is because I'm a lazy butt.  I worked in the kitchen instead.  And after I started doing kitchen work, it began to rain.  So there.

I am verbose today, huh?  It's been a while since I asked you to watch a movie.  Since you are a pro now, you can certainly choose your own movies to watch.  Plus, you're a bookworm!  Lovely lady.  But if you could tear yourself away from your beloved books for a while, let's watch this movie together OK?  Legally Blonde (2001)!

Mary Unknown7 has so many black outfits, I thought she might as well wear nothing but black for a while to use them up, now there is a good reason to do so.  No, she's not a fashion designer.

Black

Hi Natty!  How are you?  Living in a Natty world?  Yeah, the world is pretty Natty.  And my Natty is so pretty.  I hope you are feeling healthy and happy, my darling.  It's been a rather busy day for me.  I took my Dad to the hospital for his checkup, early in the morning.  That took a few hours, but at least I didn't have to cook lunch.  The restaurants are finally open after the long lockdown, so I had takeout rice for lunch.  I did some burning in the evening, mostly a lot of coconuts in a closed furnace.  I finished off the spaghetti sauce for dinner, plus the rest of the eggplant I had in the cooler.  It's pretty simple: just fry up the cut eggplant until soft, stir in the leftover spaghetti sauce, then add and mix in the noodles when the sauce is hot enough.  It's the end of spaghetti for a while.  Spaghetti is fast eating though, which makes it convenient.  Time saved is also labor saved in many cases.  Don't you agree?

Mary Unknown7 has been wearing black for 3 days this week already.  This outfit has flowers!

Shoutcast station

Hi Natty!  How are you feeling today?  I hope all is well with you, and you are enjoying yourself.  It's been a busy Monday for me.  I was out and about in the morning running errands, in the evening I went around the yard with a machete killing young trees.  Don't worry Honey, there's plenty more where that came from.  What are you having for dinner?  It's smart to plan for meals Natty, in fact it's a reason to live.  I had mushroom cheeseburgers for dinner.  The cats are always excited about my cooking.  I have 3 female and one male cat.  The females would risk their lives to get a taste of my food, but Bro the male cat is uninterested in snacks.  While the girls are squabbling and bouncing off the walls for a lick of pan grease, Bro just grooms himself and yawns away.  It's not that he doesn't like snacks.  But if it takes any amount of work, then the snack isn't worth it.  You go, Bro!

Mary Unknown7 sings everyday from 10 pm to midnight PST at Fireside Karaoke in Second Life.  If any of you folks want to hear her karaoke but don't have Second Life, you can tap into the stream.  It's a Shoutcast mp3 stream, and the address is http://server2.luschaudio.com:9208  Just make sure you have Internet, then open the address in your media player.  Remember, she only sings on the stream from 10 pm to midnight PST!

Taxes time

Hi Natty!  I hope you are feeling well today.  I want you to know that I love you with all of my heart, and that everything is going to work out just great for us inshaAllah.  So don't you worry about a thing, OK?

It's been a busy day for me, because Sunday is always a busy day.  But it's not Ramadan, so I'm not as worn out.  It rained in the evening, so I didn't have to do any yard work.  Instead, I made myself a big dinner.  Nothing fancy, just all the fries and chicken nuggets that were in the freezer.  I will be buying more tomorrow inshaAllah.  After this, I will be doing wardrobe with Mary Unknown7.  Then I have to fill in my tax forms.  Since I own a business, my taxes times is the month of June.  Anyway, I have to get to it.  I love you!

From Allah is our origin, and to Allah is our return

Natty, my condolences on your Nan.  It seems that you were available to be there with her, and from the gesture of her left hand it seems she really appreciated it.  I love you.

Metal blade

Hi Natty!  What's up?  I hope you are doing and feeling well.  I just got done finishing up the grass cutting, so I'm tired.  I used the metal blade today to cut what a plastic cable can't cut, like young trees and such.  Oh my God, the place is overgrown.  It's mostly because I don't have the strength to remove the adult trees that give spawn to the millions of baby trees on the ground: I need a team to do that for me.  In the meanwhile, I have to do the labor myself.  But today is the last of it for a while, alhamdulillah.  I had to lift that spinning blade above my head many times.  Ugh.  Then sweat took over my eyes, and I couldn't see anything with the protective goggles on.  I got it done though, now I want to sleep.  But I also want to work, doing work that I enjoy doing for a change.  I guess I'll nap until the night prayer, then get back on the computer.  At least I didn't have to cook.  My mother had some "lontong" left over, so I ate that.  Thanks, Mom!
