Hi Natty!  What's going on?  You are looking absolutely fabulous, as usual.  Gotta love that natural beauty.  You are so beautiful my love, and I love you so much.  I knew you were commuting though (but since I didn't mention it, I guess that doesn't count).  The commute of a fabulous supermodel is soooo huge!  You didn't give many clues, but it looks cold.  Even though the sky is too blue, I'm going to guess.... CHINA!  Please take good care of your tummy when you go to these exotic locations, my precious one.  Don't be socially pressured to eat stuff you're not comfortable with OK?

Today's outfit was an adventure in color.  It's definitely not black.  I think I pulled it off.  Do you agree?

Hello there, my beautiful Ladies!  How are you feeling today?  Is the world treating you well?  I hope everything is going smoothly for you, and everyone is super nice to you.  I have to blog and run today, because it's Tuesday, and I have to be at the mosque by sunset.  Have you been watching "American Idol" and "The Voice"?  I have.  Yeah there are a lot of talented singers out there, but where are the superstars?  Where are the Janis Joplins and Karen Carpenters?  If they were alive today, they probably wouldn't make it past the auditions.

I love this look!  It's so "end-of-the-world"-ish.  Dark and dangerous!  Yeah, that's a flapper cut.  A Dutch bob, to be precise.  People were all-out-abandon back in the 1920's, what with the Great Depression and World War 2 looming.  It's not the same feeling today, the craziness is different.  I like this next snapshot the most, and it's my new desktop for now:

Hello there, my Ladies.  How are you feeling today?  I hope everything is running nice and easy for you, that business is fruitful, and you are feeling healthy and having a marvelous time.  It's an OK day for me today, alhamdulillah.  I had a late start again this morning.  I've been waking up later and later since I upgraded my Internet.  One word: YouTube!  But we have to study.  It's strictly business.

Speaking of which, it's the latest episode of "American Idol".  I don't hunt for every audition, I normally just take what Google gives me.  Plus I have very little interest in male vocalists.  **shrugs**  😑  Have you noticed that the judges have become more talkative, and behave weirder?  If you watch the old episodes, usually only one judge does the talking and it doesn't go further than "Tell us your name and a little about yourself".  I don't want to be blunt, so I'll just say that all that extra talking and activity seems unnatural and makes me feel uncomfortable.  Also nowadays, "Tell us about yourself" means "Tell us your life story, and it better be interesting."  Yeah I know it's reality TV, but reality is boring unless it sucks.  And when it sucks, it's only entertainment if it happens to someone else.  You know what I mean?  And what are the producers going to do with the singer after the life story is over at the audition?  Make one up?  I usually fast forward past the chatter and life story, and go straight to the singing.  I like this girl.  She sounds like she has a good heart.

Don't lag behind

Yeah sometimes we get overwhelmed with stuff to do and we can't finish it all in one day, so we continue tomorrow.  I talked about it the other day.  It's not procrastinating, it's being busy.  You might as well give your heart a break.  There are times when you have to run or perish.  Like running from a tornado.  Like when Lot (peace be on him) and his family ran from Sodom and Gomorrah, but his wife looked back.  That, I'm sure you would agree with me, would be a spiritual moment.  If that were the case, I would not be the one leaving you behind, but God.

So please do the best you can with the situation that God has given you.  Let's work together, and quit the jealousy.  If you expect me to do all the work and come and get you without your even trying to connect with me, then I will try to do so because I made the decision and the promise.  But my efforts will be futile if you lag behind.
