Happy Thanksgiving

Hi Honey!  Are you enjoying your day?  Feasting on roast turkey and giblet gravy?  We don't have a lot of turkeys here, just chickens.  Though the neighbor has a white turkey.  Hm, strange.  It's been an easy day in the kitchen for me.  Lunch and dinner were already cooked from yesterday, so all I had to do was heat it up.  No, I didn't set up a feast here.  Thanksgiving is an American holiday.  I guess it's not Thanksgiving yet in Canada.  I'm thankful that I didn't have to slave in the kitchen for a day.  I heated up some soup that my Mom gave me yesterday for lunch, and for dinner I had an extra calzone stuffed with chili and cheese, so I heated that up.  With the extra time, I spent it on YouTube watching a lot of The Voice, Got Talent, and the like.  I did manage to do some yard work in the evening, I cut the grass.  It was a hot day, but hot and dry for a change.  Anyway, I'm going to head out to the mosque for the night prayer.  I hope you are having a great time!

I am who I am

Hi Honey!  That certainly is a wonderful new campaign you have there, and you are perfectly cast as a model for ski attire.  Your voice has lowered a little, and it makes you sound more confident and sexier.  I like it.  I want you to enjoy this time where things get crazy and exciting.  Get your fill of it before we get married inshaAllah, but be sure to protect your chastity.

As for me, I have already done my time doing crazy and exciting stuff, and under more dangerous circumstances than you.  Now I have to stand my ground here and follow this routine, because this is my mission, this is what Allah instructs me to do.  I endorse you because you are my wife inshaAllah.  So be prepared to someday give up the crazy life to live the life of a bored housewife, who gets a free house and all expenses paid, to raise children who together we will train to take care of their mother when she gets old.  A good Muslim wife inshaAllah.  If you can't do this then go ahead and bail out now, and I will go online shopping for another pretty blonde/s to marry.

154.  After the distress, God sent down calm on a band of you overcome with slumber, while another band was stirred to anxiety by their own feelings, moved by wrong suspicions of Allah, suspicions due to ignorance.  They said, "What affair is this of ours?"  Say you, "Indeed, this affair is wholly Allah's."  They hide in their minds what they dare not reveal to you.  They say, "If we had had anything to do with this affair, we should not have been in the slaughter here."  Say, "Even if you had remained in your homes, those for whom death was decreed would certainly have gone forth to the place of their death."  But that Allah might test what is in your breasts and purge what is in your hearts.

Hot soup

Oh that's right, it is 2018 isn't it?  I knew you had graduated, but you were still in school so I was confused.  And it's November already, wow time sure flies.  I want you to know how proud I am of you, that you stayed and finished school, yet be in the entertainment business.  Now you're going back into the hot soup, you're probably out of practice, and all the gossip is starting up again, and making your ears itch.  It's probably mostly just models 10 years younger than you, being jealous and what not.  Make as much money for yourself while you can, and save it don't waste it, and try not to consume interest.  Yes Honey, you are my Rock and Roll Queen.  You are beautiful, and I love you.

Speaking of hot soup, lunch was very enjoyable today.  I had some chicken broth, plus some okra from the yard and some tomatoes so I made rice noodles in soup in a huge man-sized bowl about a foot across.  Alhamdulillah.  But it was such a huge portion, and all that hot soup had an effect on my throat, and I had lots of trouble voice training.  I couldn't channel Billie Holiday at all, and Karen Carpenter didn't want to stick around either.  I guess they don't like hot soup.  I won't do that again, eat that much hot soup before I have to sing.  It took me an hour before I got some control back.

I like the color white best in my clothes, off-white in particular.  Pearl, like I wore today.  It's pearl, do you agree?  It's a great thing that white in virtual clothes don't stain.  In real life, I would only be able to wear this outfit once.

Hi Honey

How are you today, my love?  I'm sorry that I'm running a little late.  Today is Tuesday, and I had to head out early to the mosque.  I just barely got back.  How's the weather there?  It must be getting really cold.  The toes on my left foot feel frostbitten for some reason.  Weird.  Otherwise, it's been a groggy day for me.  The morning was slow and lazy.  I guess it's because it was so cool this morning, that I felt like sleeping in.  The afternoon was hot and humid, but it didn't rain.  Now it's cool again.  Not cold, but the toes on my left foot feel frostbitten.  Weird.  Are you still in school?  I saw that 18 you put by Dartmouth College.  What does that mean?  Some kind of secret code?

My outfit is kind of a 3 tone red today.  It's a red pattern on red for the top, the skirt is black pattern on red, and the shoes are red roses.  At first I thought I looked like a deranged Chinese woman.  But nah, I look like a white girl.

Surrogate Pizza

Hi Honey!  How are you today?  Are you having a blast being you?  I hope you are.  I have to blog and run today, where does the time go?  Not much to report though, just another average day.  I went downtown this morning to pick up my parents' prescription, and had some noodles in soup at Omar's.  I gave Chee Cheah a bath after voice training.  That was one smelly cat.  I just finished my dinner.  I had sliced cheese, and I had dough, so I thought I would make a pizza.  I had no sauce, so I used "sambal tumis" (chillies, onions, and "belacan" (fermented shrimp) blended and fried in oil until saturated) so I used that as sauce.  I had no toppings, but I had some hot dogs so I cut those up and put them on the pizza.  Yeah I'm trying to save money, so food budget is going to be awful for a while.  It was an OK pizza.  It could have been better.  No snapshot though.  Too humiliating.

Today I kind of look like a woman from India.  But I'm not!  Hah!

Sunday

Hi Honey!  How's it going with you today?  Feeling active?  Yeah, my cats were nosier and curiouser and more aggressive than usual.  I had to put up with that, but I overslept.  It was very humid last night, which was uncomfortable of course, but the rain fell after the dawn prayer which cooled things down and made me oversleep.  Sunday is full of chores as usual.  The menu isn't that great today: no ingredients, no imagination.  Lunch was white rice with fresh tomatoes and salted fish, dinner was fried noodles, greasier than usual.  I still have to make dough tonight, and practice guitar.  The day is crammed today.

I know Sunday is supposed to be pink, but I couldn't tell if my dress was pink.  It looked red to me, even though it was labeled "dirty pink".  So I put on red shoes, then I could tell that the dress was pink.
