The Cat Bully

I had been going through a lot of cat food recently.  I bought 10 kilos late last month, now I'm down to less than 5 kilos.  I have 6 cats, and usually they consume 7 to 8 bags of cat food a month, plus I'm also feeding my parents' cat, plus Floofy has stopped eating the dry cat food pellets.  I had been feeding Chee Cheah 3 times a day recently, and she was still hungry.  It turns out that there is a cat bully hanging around my yard.  It's this orange colored cat that has been intimidating my outdoors cats into giving up their food, and he's also been getting into arguments with Bat Cat.  So I've been chasing him away every time I see him.  He's been trying to act cute with me, trying to be affectionate and stuff, but there's no way I would find an ugly male cat bully to be cute.  So I have been waiting around for my outdoors cats to finish feeding, then making sure that there isn't even a pellet of cat food left on the ground.  What a waste of time.  Even now, I can hear him and Bat Cat screaming at each other.

You're not being bothered by bullies, are you Erin?  On the contrary, I think you would be the one who intimidates others.  Just like you intimidate poor Dan Patrick.

Natty, you're so cute!  It must be fun going out dancing and stuff on Friday nights, just like a real College Queen.  You must have hordes of guys following you around.  Tip: pass them off to your friends.  If you going around clubbing Natty honey, you'd better have your bosses dress you up, then make some endorsement money.  You're not out of the spotlight yet.  You're still my girl.

Pina, go home and live an easier life.  Even if you did make a mistake by going to NYC, it's not the end of the world.  Just stay in Europe, and maintain your beauty.

67.  To every people have We appointed rites and ceremonies which they must follow: let them not then dispute with you on the matter, but invite to your Lord, for you are assuredly on the Right Way.

68.  If they do wrangle with you, say: "Allah knows best what it is you are doing."

69.  Allah will judge between you on the Day of Judgement concerning the matters in which you differ.

70.  Know you not that Allah knows what is in the heavens and on earth?  Indeed it is all in a record, and that is easy for Allah.

71.  Yet they worship, besides Allah, things for which no authority has been sent down to them, and of which they have no knowledge: for those that do wrong there is no helper.

72.  When Our Clear Signs are rehearsed to them, thou will notice a denial on the face of the unbelievers!  They nearly attack with violence those who rehearse our signs to them.  Say, "Shall I tell you of something worse than these Signs?  It is the Fire!  Allah has promised it to the unbelievers!  And evil is that destination!"

73.  O humans!  Here is a parable set forth!  Listen to it!  Those on whom, besides Allah, you call cannot create a fly, if they all met together for the purpose!  And if the fly should snatch anything away from them, they would have no power to release it from the fly.  Feeble are those who petition and those on whom they petition!

74.  No just estimate have they made of Allah: for Allah is God that is Strong and Able to carry out God's Will.

Late again today

Oh, it's been a busy day.  It was a busy night, so I stayed up late on the computer as usual.  Thus I woke up late after sleeping in after the dawn prayer.  I had bought mesh wire and dirt a couple of weeks ago for transplanting mango trees, so after the usual chores I finally got around to that.  I managed one tree.  Good thing it will take them another 6 years to bear fruit inshaAllah, because I'm so damned slow.  Then since it's Friday, I had to attend Friday prayer.  There were a gang of city boys, well-groomed with smug looks on their faces, slumming with the simple country folk.  It's not as if I could smell the contempt they had for having to come here and see what the hell the deal is, but they didn't see the giant monitor lizard at their feet.  There's also a cat bully who has been coming around here, who has been extorting my outdoors cats of their food, so I have to sit and watch over them as they eat now.  What a waste of time.  Chee Cheah is such a slow eater, she's an old kitty so she caresses each cat food pellet.  But I have to make sure there is absolutely no cat food available after they're done eating.  Then in the evening, I cut the grass and I didn't get a chance to prepare my dinner until right before sunset.  I didn't get a chance to eat it until after the prayer, then after the night prayer I was detained at the mosque for a small repast.  Perhaps I shouldn't have bothered with cooking my own food.  Nah.  Better not to rely on others.  So now I'm here.

I sure hope you are not overworking, my dearest Erin.  I know and many others know how intelligent and talented you are, but that's not important to the Public Eye.  The Public Eye wants to see how beautiful you are, all your other attributes are a bonus.  Hey, at least your situation is better and more dignified than your VS days.  But overwork will eat away at your beauty and your health.  Your bosses know this, and they know that all you need is to be beautiful, so make sure you eat properly and get plenty of rest.  And you are beautiful.  You are very, very beautiful.

Natty honey, how's school?  I'm sure you are doing great, but please take snapshots and show me what's going on with you OK?  I'm glad you are drinking enough water, but you have to maintain it.  Your tummy became very nervous with your sudden kick upstairs, so you need lots of water to settle it down.

Pina, I'm not altogether angry with you.  I just want you to have an easier life, so you don't lose your beauty.  Please go home.

Sorry I'm late

Internet outage.  Erin, you must still be busy.  Are you overworking?  Are you managing to cope with all the suitors you get?  Please take time for yourself, to wind down, and just relax.  I hope you are eating properly, and getting enough sleep.  Overwork can affect your beauty as well as health, so please relax and take it easy. 

Hi there, Natty beautiful Natty!  Sweetheart, are you studying hard?  I wonder what classes you are taking, you don't tell me.  Whatever it is, please do well and make me proud.  You must have a crowd of guys wanting to marry you, asking to marry you.  Now that they know you are my girl.

Ugh.  I have so many guys chasing me around Second Life.  What kind of a moron falls in love with an avatar?

A cat in heat can be quite funny, but even though she uses all her passion and strength, I must still be very gentle to her.  But she can get so obnoxious, I have no choice but to chase her away with the newspaper, and lock myself up in my bedroom.  Doutzen is in heat right now.  She's the naughtiest kitty I've ever had, she communicates by being naughty.  But what to do, she was born into my family, so I love her.  And she's so beautiful.  When she is in heat, she amps up the naughtiness.  What would you do with a cat that pees wherever she pleases?  I get tired of following her around with the mop.  She's not allowed in my bedroom.

Hello there

How are you doing today, Erin my love?  Are you still very busy? I hope you are taking time for yourself to eat properly, and get plenty of rest.

And you Natty dear, you must drink more water.  There's always time for water, and you need to settle your tummy.  Carry around a big bottle of water with you everywhere, and make sure you finish it off everyday.

The vicious lives of fishes
The last time I checked, I had one male guppy, 3 adult female guppies, and 2 baby fish.  Papa fish was looking old, and had no lust anymore so I thought his days were numbered.  He was active and eating yesterday, but today he was dead.  So I changed the water and cleaned up the fish bowl, and I found one of the females dead too.  She was fine yesterday.  That leaves me with 2 adult females and two babies, and the babies look like they're female as well.  So 4 females.

I had curry pups for dinner today.

Hitch a ride

People steal ideas from me so often, after all I do get a lot with my train of thought.  It's like copying recipes: since I don't use recipes, then there's nothing to steal, right?  In the Malay language it's called "tumpang" (hitch a ride).  So when I give out the idea to package software and digital products as objects in Second Life to be bought and sold and downloaded and saved like saving a snapshot, it is not within human nature that anybody would give me credit let alone money.  But let's give them another one, and see how they treat me: will they ban me, ostracize me, grief me, or just call me insane?  Business as usual.  That Second Life be an operating system, that runs programs for both Mac and Windows.  I seek to please Allah with music, and I expect my reward from Allah.  Thus Allah will reward the humans with what they deserve.

Today, Allah rewarded me with steak.  I went to the butcher early this morning, and bought a kilo of tenderloin and a kilo of sirloin.  I dare not show snapshots of the cuts I bought for fear that they be sold out the next time I want them, but needless to say I want to share them with my wife.  But here's a snapshot of a filet mignon marinated in black pepper, sugar, and soy sauce then cooked in butter until medium rare, and dipped in its own juices.  Heaven on earth.  Alhamdulillah.
