The death of Otis Redding

Otis was the bandleader.  Yup, the bandleader.  He bought a cheap old plane to get his band to the gigs, and challenged the weather.  He needed every dollar to pay for his music and family, and couldn't afford to miss a single show.  That was how he died.  Easy to kill.

In other news, my source informs me that car break-ins in the US are increasing, and the perpetrators are strong and well-armed.  Please guard your stuff and your car, especially in the Bay area.  Maybe get some bulletproof windows.

The death of Stevie Ray Vaughan

Stevie Ray's death was caused by his schedule, which was made by his management, who could only blame the pilot.  What a helpless way to die.  Death by contractual obligations.

But you have to stick to schedule when you're a professional, so the fans know you care about them and the music.  I guess Stevie Ray should have traveled with his brother, I'm sure Jimmy got to the gig on time.  But how would Stevie Ray known that he was about to die?

The death of Patsy Cline

I suppose you have figured out to watch the weather before flying.  You can't gamble against the weather, you can only prepare to be immersed in it.  For example, when I ride my motorcycle to go downtown against a potential thunderstorm, I can bring my raincoat and get ready to be drenched.  When you fly against bad weather, then be ready to die.  Put whatever fear you have in Allah.

Note that this plane crash wiped out Patsy Cline AND HER ALLIES.

Ever wonder why so many rock stars die in plane crashes?

Don't be conned by people who say aviation today is safer than it ever has been.  Nothing has changed for the better.  Rather, there are more aircraft than ever so combine that with media glut and you have countless plane crashes you never hear of.  Kind of like deaths of unknown musicians...  Sure, death is sure.  But stay away from small planes and helicopters, Rock Star.  I'm going to post a series of famous plane crashes, and I want you to study them.  Especially the sequence of events leading to the boarding of the aircraft, so you avoid the management errors that cost the lives of you, your loved ones and the music.  And put your fear in Allah.

The long day

In Rock and Roll business, things don't get easier when you become more successful.  It gets more dangerous.  Please don't overlook security precautions and routines.
