The final kitten update (for now)

 

Hi Natty!  How are you feeling, Honey?  Those celebrity politics are something else, huh.  You can do it, Natty.  I want you to know that I love you with all of my heart, and I will marry you inshaAllah.  Please keep safe and healthy.

The kittens are grown now, folks.  They grow so fast!  So this is the last kitten update.  Until there are more kittens of course, but I'm going to enforce birth control.  Lookie looks tired, huh!  That was a kitten marathon for her at the age of 9 years old, 2 batches of kittens in 3 months, the first batch being preemies.  She's fine folks, I assure you she has tons of energy.  Sometimes cats like to pose for the camera.  Those kittens are almost her size but she she lets them suckle, even though she has no milk.  Lookie's a good mama cat.  I love my kitties.  Ya Allah, please heal and protect my cats.

Hi Natty!  How are you today, Honey?  I hope everything is going well for you, and you are keeping safe and healthy.  You are the most beautiful girl in the world to me, and I love you with all of my heart.

It's Monday here.  I'm doing OK.  I just had dinner, which was curry pups.  I didn't really like the filling that I made, so I might have to chuck the leftover filling out.  My cooler has a comfortable amount of food in it, I should be able to last until next month inshaAllah.  I can't eat out much, maybe a fish head or two.  I need to buy veggies and gasoline next, and there should be enough left for kibble and kitty litter inshaAllah.  Yeah I'm playing tag with the next month, like most other people.  There's an American saying, "If you're not on the edge then you're not where you're supposed to be".  So it's a good thing I don't have any dependents.

A complex fond

 

Hi Natty!  How are you today, Honey?  I hope you are feeling good and keeping safe and healthy.  It's Sunday here.  I'm doing OK, maybe a little drowsy.

Sorry about the 20 minute set today, folks.  I had to take my mother to the dentist, then she wanted a haircut.  I got done with enough time to prepare my dinner.  I had a whole lot of leftovers to use up, so I decided to make fried noodles.  There was a little bit of Chinese cabbage all wilted, that got chopped up.  Also some carrot slices.  I picked a young mango before I went in the house, I chopped that up to add sourness without vinegar.  Also some of the green hot chilli peppers that Adolf chewed on yesterday.  That's all the "fresh" veggies.  For the fond, I began with my usual trio of chopped garlic, ginger and galangal, and fried that up in leftover oil from frying sardine rolls.  I had some "garam belacan" (the stuff in the video) that had been sitting in the cooler for a few years, I put a couple of spoonfuls in there.  It doesn't go bad folks, but it is very sweet.  Also I added some leftover fish head curry about a week old which was on the salty side.  Plus a little water, and that was the fond.  I cooked that up on high heat with chunks of beef in there then added the half pack of noodles I bought a few days ago.  I stirred that mix up until the water almost evaporated then put the "fresh" stuff in and turned off the heat to give it a final mix.  Finish it with some dried fried shallots on top.  I'll never be able to duplicate those noodles again!  Too bad though, it was the best fried noodles I ever made.  Alhamdulillah.
