 Happy Birthday, Honey!  Ya Allah, thank You for making such a beautiful girl!  And Happy Birthday to your twin brother too.  I hope you both have an awesome day.  Did you know that your birthday falls on the Great Pizza Day?  What a coincidence!  You're such a lucky girl!  And you're SO pretty!  I made a pizza for you today.  I still don't know what your favorite pizza toppings are, and since I'm going to have to eat it myself, I just put my favorite toppings.  Sausage with extra extra basil!  Here's what it looks like before going into the oven:

Honey, yesterday was a "Communication Breakdown" day, where I don't say much of anything past the usual girlie pictures.  There will be more days like that in a few days, probably lasting a week.  And in about a month or so after that, there will a period of about 3 months of "Communication Breakdown".  It only applies to this blog.  Whenever "Communication Breakdown" happens, I will just email you inshaAllah because you're MY girl and I love you with all of my heart.

Baked pasta

 

Hi Natty!  How's it going, Honey?  Are you feeling good, and having a good time?  It's a nice day here today.  Nice and cool.  Are you hungry?  Now that it's so close to the Great Pizza Day, there are so many options for Italian food in my house.  So this evening, I made some baked pasta for dinner.  Specifically, baked angel hair in marinara sauce with sausage and roast beef.  I used the marinara sauce which is meant for pizza.  I didn't need to put roast beef in there, but I needed the animal protein.  Good sausage is gold, Honey.  I think all baked pastas are basically the same, it just depends on what's in the sauce and cheese.  I guess that's true for all pastas.  I guess that's true for most Italian foods.  That was a nice big helping, and I'm nice and full.  Do you want some?

Hi Natty!  How are you doing today, Honey?  I hope that everything is easy going for you over there, and you are having tons of fun.  I'm having dinner right now as I type this letter to you.  Sausage rolls!  Oh, I guess you don't like sausage.  That's too bad Honey, you really should try one.  These things are better without any sauce.  It's almost the Great Pizza Day, and I'm prepping up for it.  Food prep is slow moving for me nowadays.  What I was able to do in 8 hours now takes me 2 weeks, and in far less quantities.  I guess it helps to have the dynamics of a restaurant and its backlog to help speed things up, but I will never work in a restaurant again.  Ya Allah, thank You for the knowledge but I not going back there again.  I made dough this morning, and it turned out great.  The dough should be in its prime come Thursday.  I made the sausage last week and put it in the freezer.  That's not a very clear photo, so good luck guessing the ingredients.  It's spicy!  I love sausage!  No you don't eat raw sausage, you have to cook it first.  You're not a sausage lover, but I still don't know what your favorite pizza toppings are.  I guess chicken and tomato would be satisfactory- that's what I will be making for my mother.  She doesn't like sausage either.  Not me, though.  I want sausage and basil!
