The feast

 

Hi Natty!  How are you?  Are you hungry?  I'm thirsty.  I have a big old jug of lychee syrup sitting in my cooler right now, waiting for sunset when I can slam it.  Dinner isn't all that spectacular, though.  I bought some okra with gravy, and I'll be heating up chunks of roast beef in it to go with my steamed rice.  My stomach doesn't like fancy foods during Ramadan.  It rebels.

Yes folks, I know there have been interruptions in the stream the past few days.  Obviously, whoever is hacking the stream hasn't been chased away and kept away yet.  Assuming my ISP isn't being treacherous.  So today when the Internet went out during Mary's session, I put one of the streams on my backup ISP.  After I did that, the Internet went back to normal.  But I kept the streams separate today, just in case.  I guess having a backup ISP is worth it after all.  It's like having 2 steaks.  Well, I want the steaks too.  Looks like everyone is feasting except me.

Hi Natty!  How are you today, Honey?  Yeah it's a crazy world, but you're not as nervous as you used to be right?  I told you, you are resilient.  I'm doing better today.  I swallowed some pills after sunset yesterday.  Being able to medicate myself makes a big difference.  What's for dinner tonight, Honey?  I having rice with just one entrée. I kind of like simple meals sometimes, either that or I'm too lazy to put in the labor.  I have that sauce I made with the lemongrass, I'm going to add water then heat up some roast beef chunks to it.  It should be a quick and easy fix.  Fancy meals are for social situations.  Since I'm by myself, I really can't be bothered.  But would you like to join me for dinner?  I also have rose pekoe tea!

Fever!

 

Hi Natty!  How are you today?  How are you feeling?  I hope you are taking good care of your health and safety.  I'm feeling a bit under the weather.  Fever and runny nose.  Yeah, I always preach about fighting the flu at its earliest stage.  But the Flu Virus Collective attacked me in the middle of the day during Ramadan.  I wasn't able to react until 6 hours later.  I guess it's a spiritual thing, a trial from God.  I live because of God.  Ugh... I'm going to go relax and wait for sunset.  Mary doesn't like this song, by the way.  She says it's boring.

Just an average day

 

Hi Natty!  How are you ?  Making the big bucks?  Well, I'm glad for that.  Please make sure you get plenty of rest, and eat properly.  Don't forget to pray for us.  It's Sunday over here.  I always clean my mother's bedroom every Sunday.  I made curry pups for dinner!  They look like pot stickers, huh?  But no, they're curry pups.  I made them bite sized this time.  Well, maybe two bites.  Dainty treats for dainty mouths!  I suppose they could look better, but my hands are too big to make them this size.  Some of stuck together, because I made them yesterday and some of the doughs were touching each other.  Can't separate them the next day.  I have a lot of curry pups. looks like I'm going to be full.  Want some?
