Home made hot sauce

 

Hi Natty!  Oh, you took down your brother's photo and the miniskirt one.  I love miniskirts, especially on you!  That yungblud guy seems a bit creepy to me, but them's fans for you.  They're all creepy.  No Honey, I don't keep up with every post that you keep or remove.  I'm kinda busy.  Do as you please with your Instagram, OK!

No, that's not a burger.  What you see in the video above is pretty much a standard approach to making hot sauce around here, but it would sell like mad in America.  I don't have a set recipe for my own home made hot sauce, but I do have a routine to keep the sauce friendly to my tummy, yet be as hot as hell.  That's what I did this morning, after I got home from taking my Dad to his medical appointment.  My latest batch of hot sauce is definitely for chicken nuggets and stuffed won tons, maybe fries.  Oh my God, now I'm craving won tons.  I have to get to the market early to score won ton skins, though.

Hi Natty!  How are you today, my love?  I hope all is bright and gay today for you, and you are having a marvelous time.  It's a sleepy day for me, I had to get up early.  Well, I always get up at 4 am but today I had to stay up.  But God was nice to me and it wasn't so hot later that I managed to fit in a good nap before Mary showed up for her session.  I went to the grocery store in the evening to get chicken stock, a can of Campbell's cream of chicken soup and some boneless chicken breast.  But the chicken breast price has soared since the Covid began.  One year ago it was about RM 16, and today it's RM 27.80.  Yikes!  I think I'll buy that later, so I ended up with 2 out of the 3 chicken things I wanted.  I didn't have much time left to cook either, so I had leftover fried noodles for dinner.  Oh, what about chicken soup?  I actually prefer Campbell's cream of chicken soup over everything else.  To me, everything else is chicken stew.  But I'm going to use my can of Campbell's cream of chicken soup to make spaghetti sauce.

Addicted to snacks

 

Oh, Misty Mountains!  Are you still in Utah, Natty?  No, I never marched up and down steep wooded slopes like that.  SLC suburbs are built on the hillsides, and I had to go uphill to the recording studio and downhill to the pizza joint.  It's much easier to march and read a book at the same time if you were marching on a road.

Are you addicted to snacks, Natty?  I had lunch downtown today and when I got back, Adolf Kitler @ Mr. Meower was moaning incessantly because he didn't get any snacks for lunch.  But I brought back some produce!  No, cats don't like fresh vegetables.  What was I supposed to do, put him in the motorcycle basket and take him with me to Omar's for rice vermicelli soup?  Later, I caught Lookie @ Princess Purrer ripping through empty plastic bags looking for tidbits.  Don't shred those, I need to recycle them!  Yes, they get enough cat food.  I'm afraid my cats are addicted to snacks.  I gave them some snacks for dinner, then I let them lick the wok.  Are you addicted to snacks, Natty?  Please don't get bloated!

Hi Natty!  How's it going?  I hope you are doing well, and all is easy-going for you.  I had a flat tire yesterday, yeah I've been riding the same tube for about 6 years and it finally gave out.  I don't really want it to give out like that, so from now on I'm going to replace my tubes regularly.  Driving it to the shop 2 miles away was no big deal: it was the front tire, so I put my weight on the back tire and drove REAL slow.  But the guy ran out of tubes yesterday, and he had to get more.  Which means I had to come back in the evening, which means I had to walk 2 miles twice.  I don't have the same strength I did 30 years ago, when I would march up and down the SLC mountainside while reading Nietzsche.  I can still walk the distance, but very slowly and watching each step.  When we go walking together inshaAllah, you're going to have to slow down to keep up with me.  When the day was over, I had to buy my dinner.  Good thing the night market is tonight.  I got takeout rice, like you see above.  Tasty and filling, and surprisingly easy on the tummy.  You must try some someday.
