I hope you aren't upset with me for not busting my ass and struggling to stay afloat in the fashion business like all other fashion interns.  Yeah, I am too lazy to do so but more than that, but it could be that I am something much more terrifying than a fashion intern.  MashaAllah, I am a fashion magazine.  A very subjective and opinionated fashion magazine.  I set the trends, I dictate what girls wear, and I state what's good to eat.  What's art is art to me, what's music is what I listen to, and the good movies are the ones I watch.  A very subjective and opinionated fashion magazine.  If you didn't advertise with me, then you're not in style.  If you didn't advertise with me, then I don't really care.  I remain a very subjective and opinionated fashion magazine.  I only endorse one model: my wife.  So if you wanted to do fashion business the traditional way, then deal with my wife.  If you wanted to deal with me, then you must struggle to stay afloat.

The fashion intern

That girl in the video above seems to have a lot of money for a fashion intern, don't you think?  I didn't really pay much attention to her Honey, I was just looking for content for today's blog.  I had a dream last night that I was a fashion intern.  There was a lot of interesting content in the dream that I won't talk about here, but I do have something to report.  The bosses asked me what advantage I had over other interns, and I answered "I'm old."  Well the music is from Allah, so I am not allowed to ask the humans for any compensation thereof.  Mary and I are servants of Allah, we understand that and it's fine with us.  Fashion however, I'm going to dress and dress Mary's avatar however I feel, and within my budget.  I already have thousands of outfits for Mary's avatar, plus more.  If any fashion bosses want to use Mary Unknown7 as a model, they will have to pay up.  And what is the advantage Mary Unknown7 has over other models?  She is a pop diva.

Thursday

 

Hi Natty!  How are you today, Honey?  I hope all is well for you today, and you are having a good time.  I am feeling drowsy right now.  I always feel drowsy at this time, after sunset.  It's Thursday today over here, and it's just another average day.

Check out the TV special above!  I was a huge fan of Olivia when I was a kid.  Back then, everything was AM and FM radio, plus cassette tape.  Some radios had SW or short wave, and right at the edge of the dial with much effort and patience, I could pick up the Voice of America.  I don't know exactly where it was broadcasting from, but the first song I heard on that station was "A Little More Love" by Olivia.  I was blown away, of course.  Kids, huh!

Then I saw what she looked like, and wow again.  Kids, huh?  Those were also the days for TV specials and worse, TV variety shows.  Now there is simply too much to watch, but I'm sure the variety show has its loyal fans.  Would you be able to do a TV special, like a Christmas special?  You would probably be able to do it.  Me, never.

I hate push ups

 

Hi Natty!  How are you today?  I hope that everything is going well for you over there.  Are you still doing yoga?  I have to admit that I hate doing push ups.  I hate exercise.  I hate labor.  I hate exerting myself period, unless it's something I enjoy doing.  Oh, don't be mad at me Honey.  Of course, I don't give into my hatred.  I was told once to exercise as a form of relaxation.  I always felt that relaxation is to lie on the couch and watch TV.  But I can't even be a couch potato anymore.  It's from sleeping on the floor, dammit!  The floor won't allow me to be catatonic for long!  So I did my push ups properly like I'm supposed to.  Give my thanks to your brother for showing me how to do push ups properly.  No, I didn't enjoy it.

India style

 

Hi Natty!  How are you, love?  I hope you are enjoying your place in the world as Mrs. Rock Star.  And you're so pretty!  Please guard your chastity, safety, and health.  You are very precious to me.  And to many other people too, I'm sure.

Did you watch the Season 21 finale of "The Voice"?  I haven't seen it yet.  In fact, I haven't seen a single entire episode of "The Voice".  My bad!  I guess I was too busy watching cat videos.  There's not much going on here today, just the usual.  I did my laundry in the morning.  In the evening, I drove my mother to the dentist.  Then I bought takeout fried noodles for dinner.  There are countless recipes for fried noodles out here.  The type I bought is called "mee goreng mamak", which roughly means "India style fried noodles."  That's not the literal translation.  "Mamak" means "a guy from India".  The local Malays have somewhat mastered this style of fried noodles then again, there are countless recipes for fried noodles.  I just buy from one place, otherwise I would cook it myself.  Want some?

Monday

 

Hi Natty!  How's it going, my darling?  What are you worrying about now?  Aw, don't you worry so much OK!  Everything is going to work out just fabulous for us inshaAllah.  Oh, that's a nice outfit there.  That's a tunic, right?  You look absolutely lovely in it, my dear.  It's a Monday here today.  I had a pretty slow morning, and went for a drive with my mother.  I cut the grass in the evening.  The night market is on Monday nights, but I didn't buy anything.  I had scrambled eggs and sliced bread for dinner.  Lookie is always in the bedroom with me now, because I want to watch her pregnancy if that.  She's a good kitty in the bedroom for the most part, and doesn't knock anything over nor destroy anything as yet.  I guess her kittens will spend their infancy in here, she's already found a cubby hole in one of my closets.  Anyway, I'm going to see if I can squeeze in a nap before I head out to the mosque for the night prayer.  I love you!
