Urgh... I ate too much spicy food yesterday.  Spicy fried noodles, hot curry... Yeah I have a sensitive stomach, but I would have been able to handle it if I hadn't eaten so much.  It's my appetite.  I have a man-sized appetite.

But don't you agree that you are on a higher level than you were during the VS days, Erin?  So please talk the best talk, that's becoming of you and the Queen you are.  You are my Queen, you're beautiful, and I love you.  You can talk for what's right and compassionate, and you shouldn't be bullied into silence.  Talk the best talk.

The Italian restaurant

Muslims don't (are not supposed to) eat pork, but I had to work in an Italian restaurant for many years of my life.  We wore latex gloves, which was the local heath code, but that saved me from having to touch the stuff.  Then the boss decided to put prosciutto and pancetta (salt-cured ham and bacon) on the menu, and there was a pasta dish (I forget what it's called) that's made of pasta in a pancetta, cream, garlic and salt sauce.  As you would guess, the flavor is a balance of cream and salt.  I asked the boss, "So you fry up the pig, then add the cream and salt?"  But I couldn't taste the stuff.  So I usually asked a waiter to test it for salt whenever someone ordered the stuff.

Hey Natty, let's fly!  Pina, you're in Spain huh?  You know, I love techno for some reason.  It must be from going to raves when I was young.  But to find a street drummer playing techno is just awesome.  I think this drummer is from Spain. Or Portugal  Just a guess.

Sensitive tummy

You know what it's like to engulfed in glitz and glamour, right Erin?  That lingerie fashion show they hold every year.  You had to live those years half naked, huh?  It's a good thing you got your own place, so you have somewhere to hide (somewhat).  You're so gorgeous, though.  24 hour Vegas is never far away from you.  Are you busy with football season?  I'm sorry, I'm not a big sports fan.  But you do your job well, so you don't need me at that.

You're feeling good today, aren't you Natty?  No heartache, the thoughts are calm, your tummy is behaving well.  Dr. Zam has a prescription for your sensitive stomach.  Please eat LARGE portions of the following foods:
1.  Plain steamed rice with 2 eggs
2.  Steak and mash potatoes
3.  Salmon sushi
with filtered water only.  I mean LARGE portions- eat until you're stuffed!  Just the food and water, no sauces or spices.  Soy sauce is OK.

And you're always hungry, aren't you Pina?  Good thing you're going to take cooking classes.  Your metabolism is on overdrive now honey, so you must not miss your meals.  But as you age, that metabolism will slow down.

Glitz and glamour

Natty honey, you're so cute!  I love that upscale sporty look, and it sure suits you.  I especially love those white sandals, I want a pair for me!  That combination of yellow, blue and white is something I must try for myself.  But 315 quid for a pair of boxers?  Blimey!

You and Pina are going to come face to face with a massive dose of glitz and glamour.  Natty first.  They're going to bombard you with luxury and glitter, and make you feel like this is the way you should be living.  You're going to be tempted to take a deep breath and plunge into a whirlpool of decadence, and you're going to forget about me.  You almost got swept away right before Christmas, remember?  That wasn't too long ago.  Oh don't worry about me, Allah keeps me alive for a reason.  But I will be screaming and yelling at you from the confines of these letters, trying to get you to save yourself by being moderate and keeping safe.  But oh, all that money, all those beautiful people, all those blinking lights... and you're so young and beautiful.  I understand that your love life is stressful, but I want to make you happy and give you success and wealth that is your own.  Then when you're done with that, I will take you into my embrace, give you your own home with security and family.  InshaAllah.  But to resist the temptation of excess and decadence will be the test of you as an adult.  This is a spiritual game.  Please protect your chastity.

Spies!

You have been in the spotlight since a young age, haven't you Erin?  Before you were 20 even.  So you should be used to a level of lack of privacy by now.  Oh, I'm sure you never imagined nor desired how deep it could get, but you have gone global after all.  You're not alone though: I am with you.  Like I told you before, just point towards me and tell them "I am his wife inshaAllah", and I will distract them away from you.  I didn't realize that I had no privacy until I was in my 30s (although I'm sure it began when I was in my 20s).  I don't place much value in fame because it's been mostly poverty and manual labor for me.  However, I am grateful to Allah for the spiritual awareness: Allah has kept me alive for some reason.  Alhamdulillah.  So I treat fame like it's nothing even though other people don't know how to behave.  So that's what I want you to do: ignore them, but be safe and calculated.

Natty, you are a rose.  A beautiful rose.  That's a good photo, too.   Please make sure all your photos are good.

Pina, having you model men's clothing is a brilliant idea!  You look so adorable in those clothes, too.  The Hanson video is for you.  Watch it, and perhaps you will understand why men go crazy over that kind of image.  Please stay blonde, and keep your hair long.
