Qur'an 20161206

In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Merciful.

30.  And they set up equals to Allah, to mislead from the Path!  Say, "Enjoy!  But verily you are making straightway for hell!"

Abraham 14:30

Cold and rainy

But it doesn't snow here.  I like it when it gets colder, but my cats don't.  I said that I am influenced by health dept protocols in food preparation, but I still remain somewhat of a lazy slob.  Nobody's perfect, least of all me. Dinner tonight was the healthy regular, which is hummus, eggs, and fried onions, which I enjoyed with some fish sausage I bought at the night market.  I also made some curry pups for lunch.  My stuffing mix today is garlic, onions, potatoes, ground beef, cilantro seeds, chopped chives, and hot red pepper puree.  And curry powder, of course.   I want to try chicken and fish curry pups someday.  Curry is curry, right?

Hey Natty, underneath that crazy rebel is a very shy girl.  I think you should make an effort to be friends with photographers who take good shots of you.  You know who they are. Don't be shy with them.

Piene you blessed girl, you're still in Italy.  I always talk all concerned about how thin you are, but I know you have a naturally thin build.  I was upset at some of the photos in your portfolio, so that's why I bitch about it.  You're a beautiful girl.

The Nose part 2

Hi there, beautiful Erin!  Most people think that my main inspiration when it comes to cooking is "Iron Chef", but that's not it.  I like Iron Chef, but my main influence in cooking is the Department of Health and Human Services.  That's where I get my ideas for planning meals.  You might be wondering when to chuck the food that's been in the fridge too long.  The key is to use your nose: if you don't like the way it smells, then throw it away.  Of course if it's covered in mold, then you should dump that too.  Mold makes a great antibiotic, though.

Hey Natty, you are looking beautiful.  Please look after yourself and stay clean: don't be an alcoholic or drug addict.

Piene, you're beautiful too.  What's for dinner?

Kitchen Economics

I used to work a regular daily job too, as recently as a few years ago when my Dad made me office manager of his law firm.  But before that, I had to spend 5-6 days a week at the pizza joint, from 8 am until dinner rush was over.  Allah gave me some knowledge of cooking, so I didn't have to spend my earnings on eating out all the time, so I could spend the money on music instead.  Anyway, I would get half off the food at the restaurant, so I bought raw foods and kept them in my cooler.  Then I would cook my meals and pack them for lunch if necessary.  Nowadays, I still prefer to buy raw foods then process them into meals, plus now I also have vegetables growing in my yard.

I always plan every meal, and I try to keep it at 2 meals a day.  Save, save, save!  I make my own bread and sauces, and I always use the oldest food first.  Today the potatoes were the oldest food, so I made curry pups, which is bread stuffed with a hot curry stuffing.  Oh, I should have taken photos.  I had to make the stuffing first, and to do that I had to make hot chilli puree first, which I made from 160 grams of dried chilli peppers which I steamed last night.  I had marinara sauce and noodles planned for dinner, but my Dad gave me some take out food instead.  Shrimp croquettes in peanut sauce.  Oh, I should have taken a photo of that as well.  I'm extra spacey today.

Anyway, the Law of the Fridge: plan your meals around the oldest food in the cooler!

Hey!

If I could afford to buy ingredients every day, then I wouldn't ever have a boring meal either!  Actually, the most nutritious meals are the boring ones I think.  The stomach can be very stupid, or it would react to challenges with a lot of acid.  Erin, those packaged meals mean that you're not cooking.  Please practice your cooking and get good at it, and feed your friends and family.

Hey Natty!  You're not too serious, I hope!  Have fun, OK?  Be safe, and remember that it gets lonely at the top.

Hi Piene!  What's for dinner?

Little girl

Is that you Erin, that little girl with her horsies, and pondering on the tree stump?  Looks like you.  I'll have to say that those exercises are very sexually arousing.  So do you refrigerate yourself to keep your skin smooth?  Wouldn't it be the same to just cover up and stay out of the sun?

Natty, I know precisely what's going on with you, and who am I to argue with the things you do for love?  There's plenty of time Sweetie, so take your time and straighten out your house.  As for me, I like you very much and I want to marry you.  But I don't have a dowry for you right now, and I have to marry Erin first.

Hey Piene!  Show me your beautiful face, OK!

It rained all morning and all day, so I couldn't go out to buy groceries.  So I had to make marinara sauce with what I had at home.  The basil and cilantro in my yard couldn't be harvested yet.  What I had in abundance was mint.  Marinara sauce with mint?

I didn't have time to take off my jacket before I crashed out when I went dancing,so I'm unable to show you my entire outfit.  Ive reached my data cap, anyway.

My Reality

The great part about it is that I'm the one who has to pay or your house and your life, because you are my wife.  Please pray.

Natty, there is no emotional dilemma.  You haven't lost a brother, you've gained a husband inshaAllah.  The duck face video is for you.

If one knowingly employs crooks and they conduct crooked business, does that make one a crook too?  Or is it merely circumstantial?  Or is it simply too late?

For lunch, I went to a banquet which was held for the occasion of a circumcision.  No, not the same kid and he has 2 penises.  It was for a different kid.  I took a photo of my food for you.  It was rice, chicken, fish, pineapple curry, cucumber pickle, and hot sauce.
