 In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Merciful.

17.  In blasphemy indeed are those that say that Allah is Christ the son of Mary.  Say, "Who then has the least power against Allah if God's Will were to destroy Christ the son of Mary, his mother and all, everyone that is on the earth?"  For to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is between.  God creates what God pleases.  For Allah has power over all things.

18.  The Jews and the Christians say, "We are sons of Allah, and God's beloved."  Say, "Why then does God punish you for your sins?"  No, you are but men, of the men God has created.  God forgives whom God pleases and God punishes whom God pleases, and to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between, and unto God is the final goal.

Movie night

 

Hi Natty!  How are you today?  I hope you feeling calm and relaxed, and enjoying the ride as you should be.  It's a fun ride, and you are a beautiful girl!  Tonight is movie night!  Do you want to watch a movie with me?  It's "Highlander" (1986).  If you had not seen this yet, I think you should be able to get into this movie being the Viking girl you are.  Your big brother, definitely.  Yeah it's another guy movie, I guess.  There's something about swordplay that most men like.

Not meaning to, I dressed up Mary's avatar in a medieval flavor.  Modern medieval, I suppose.  No sword, though.

My Jap kids videos have changed since the Olympics, notably that there aren't anymore teenage girls showing off their brand new cleavage.  Do you folks think that that is a good thing or a bad thing?  I think it is the right thing to do.

Boring food

 

Hi Natty!  How are you, my love?  I hope everything is going great for you. How's your appetite?  Too much boring food?  Boring food is good for you, for the most part.  I've been eating a lot of boring food lately, but my tummy is very pleased with me.  I don't mind it so much because I have so much stuff to do, that the compromise is not having to cook, therefore I get takeout, which is generally boring.  I don't know anybody here that sells truly exotic food.  I've never seen it around here, but I'm sure you would be able to find something over there in California.  Have you ever had alligator?  I can't get into the mentality of people who eat exotic foods, especially for adventure or for the camera.  I prefer to experiment with the normal stuff to make something different.  That reminds me, I have to make a hummus project for my Natty.  I'll get around to it inshaAllah.  Are you hungry?

4.  They ask you what is lawful to them.  Say, "Lawful unto you are things good and pure, and what you have taught your trained hunting animals in the manner directed to you by Allah.  Eat what they catch for you, but pronounce the name of Allah over it, and fear Allah, for Allah is swift in Taking Account."

Independence Day

 

Hi Natty!  How are you today, my love?  I hope you are well and enjoying life.  I love you with all of my heart.  Today is Malaysia's Independence Day.  What did I do?  I stayed at home.  I didn't even go out to take the trash to the dumpster.  I did my laundry.  I made ramen for lunch.   I did some burning in the evening, then I had fries with steak and beans for dinner.  It was a nice day.

Those shorts

 

What a lucky dog!  He certainly has very good taste.  Natty, those shorts are very tight.  I've been so distracted all day, I can't stop thinking about it.  Aren't you supposed to wear underwear over those?  Do they make bike shorts for dogs?  I'll have to admit when I was your age, I had a pair of bike shorts.  Black.  I wore it in public.  Repeatedly.  To social events and parties.  ** covers face in shame**  I don't know what I was thinking.  Oh by the way, I Googled "bike shorts for dogs" and this is the closest thing I could find:

I made another batch of my generic roast beef this evening.  I call it generic because it's simple-seasoned with no salt, so there's room for using it in other dishes if I want.  But I mostly use it to add to takeout food because it's quick to heat up, plus food service portions of beef here are small and expensive.  I need to eat animal flesh everyday, otherwise my left shoulder hurts.  Chicken and fish are OK maybe, but beef does the best job in keeping the heartache away.  Just a burger patty's worth would do.  I had a lot of drippings left over.  I froze most of it, and I used some to make beef chow mein for dinner.  Instead of using the usual Asian veggies, I picked some basil from my yard.  It was a success, I think.  It didn't taste like beef chow mein, though.  It tasted more like beef stew with basil, and noodles instead of potatoes.  You want to try some?
