Sleeping beauty

 

Hi Natty!  Hi Sleeping Beauty!  Are you catching up on some lost rest?  One thing about being your own boss, is that in the beginning there is a lot of extra time.  But it's a good thing.  Sleeping means that you're not awake and worrying about whatever.  I wish I had made excellent music when I started out, but it took years to gain just a little bit of quality, and perfection has yet to happen.  It's so frustrating, Natty.  It means that success means that people listen to the garbage I put out when I was young and they think it's good.

Nowadays there's not enough time.  That's because the garbage manifests itself as unwanted tasks, and I have  less time to do the stuff I want to do.  Also the good stuff takes time, and cannot be hurried.  Also I run out of energy, and I need a nap before I can move to the next task.  Sigh.  I don't desire to be young again though, because things happened as they did for a reason.  And if I were to go back, I would probably screw it all up all over again.  So take this time to focus on quality and precision, Honey.  Be meticulous.

And if you want to sleep a lot, that's OK too.  Just dress up in beautiful clothes and take snapshots.

Nose for the spotlight

 Hi Natty.  New place?  Away from LA?  It looks suburbia.  Those are some nice shoes, and they match well with your lovely legs.  I guess when you get your house inshaAllah, I will have to put something on my feet.  I have trouble finding shoes my size, my feet are too big.  I was blessed to find size 11 rubber boots for yard work, even that is getting tight.  Dog in the house?  My cats have been very neat and tidy lately, because I've been doctoring them correctly alhamdulillah.  Adolf Kitler is a good boy too, he's never marked nor humped anything other than female cats.  Nice orchids.  Do you have many other suitors?  I don't have any suitors.  I am treated like a man, and expected to take what I want.  But I don't want anybody here, not even the food because I can cook for myself.  I want my Natty.  I'm sorry I'm so slow in marrying you, but I need money and I'm not allowed to ask because the music serves Allah.  I have to have faith, so please forgive me and trust me, and have faith that God will bring us together.

The LeLutka Lilly head seems to have a strange shadow on the nose when I use the spotlight.  I expect it wasn't designed to have such a bulbous nose like Mary Unknown7.  So I used the Catwa Majer head for today's snapshots.  Catwa rejoice!

A lovely day

 Hi Natty!  How are you today, Honey?  I sure hope you are feeling great and all is easy going for you.  It's  lovely day over here!  There's a good cloud cover blocking the sun, and it's so nice and cool.  I felt so comfortable this morning and afternoon, I was so happy!  I made stew for lunch, with beef, potatoes, eggplant, onions, and garlic.  It was OK, average I would say.  It would have been better if I had stewed it longer, but I wanted to eat.  I did some yard work in the evening, I went around the compound with a hoe and whacked away at unwanted plants.  Dinner was a cheeseburger with fries, but I had cut up too many potatoes in cubes for the stew and I had to use them up, so my fries were potato cubes.  It makes a difference, I think.  Fries should be long, and shaped like fries.

There seemed to be a problem with the stream today.  The http://s3.free-shoutcast.com:18276/ stream worked fine all the way through Mary's karaoke session, but the server2.luschaudio.com:9208 stream started cutting out every 15 seconds, about 45 minutes into the set.  I pray that it was a temporary problem.

  

Steak and cheese sandwiches

 

Hi Natty!  How are you, my darling?  Is everything going smoothly for you?  I do hope so.  Please be vigilant about taking care of your safety and health.  Do you like steak?  I love steak!  I had a craving for steak and cheese sandwiches today.  I think steak and cheese sandwiches are pretty easy, as long as you keep the ingredients top quality and the beef tender.  That video above seems like a good recipe, I'm sure the food was good.  I on the other hand, I can't afford ribeye.  But I do what I can with what I can afford, so I transformed my bulk roast beef recipe into steak.  It turned out to be a success, alhamdulillah.  What would have made it perfect was mushrooms, and perhaps more butter.  Maybe I will go out and get some tomorrow.  Would you like a steak and cheese sandwich?

Not much going on

 Hi Natty!  How are you, Honey?  I hope everything is going well for you, and you are feeling good.  There's not much going on here for me, just the usual.  I corrected that typo I made yesterday!  I can't believe I didn't see it.  Actually, I do believe I didn't see it.  I did more burning in the evening.  I almost have the entire crown of that dead tree removed!  Now I have room to maneuver the weed whacker in that area.  The trunk is going to have to stay there until I can buy a chainsaw.  Not much on the menu today.  Just rice for lunch, and steak and fries for dinner.  Mild stuff, my stomach will love me for it.  Anyway, that's all I have to report today.  I love you!

Congratulations

 Hi Natty!  Congratulations on your new enterprise!  I am sure that you are going to do absolutely fabulous inshaAllah!  I'm also sure that you know precisely what you are doing because you have a masters at it, so you're not going to hear anything out of me about how to run your business.  Is that a toothbrush?  Wow, I've only known plastic toothbrushes all my life.  I'm still using the same toothbrush for a year now, the second from a pack of 7 that I bought at the RM2 store a couple of years ago.  You mostly have detergents and toiletries... how do you feel about bleach?  I can't live without bleach.  I've got to have a general disinfectant so it's bleach, to get rid of sliminess and poopy scents.  Do you have an alternative?

How are you at money management?  I don't keep a ledger or anything like that, but something is better than nothing so I use my tax forms as my personal ledger.  June is taxes time for me, so I give a copy of the form to the taxman and I keep a copy for myself.  I'll admit that being alone and poor makes the task of accounting simple.  I have hope that Allah will grant me wealth soon, inshaAllah.  I can't get married if I continue to be kept poor as I am now.
