 Hi Natty!  How are you feeling, Honey?  I hope you are having a great time over there, and that people are treating you with respect, especially the big shots.  Please keep safe and healthy, no matter how mundane the invitation.  I'm doing OK over here, I just had fried rice for dinner.  The flavor was acceptable, but I didn't like the color nor texture.  I think it's because the cooked rice didn't sit in the cooler for half a day.  I don't know how those people on TV make fried rice from freshly steamed rice, it must be awful.  Also there was too much rice.  I also had rice for lunch.  It's been an overload on rice day.  I'm stuffed.  With rice.  So are my cats.  My cats love rice, which is strange for cats.

Anna and her fleas stole the blog yesterday, so I'm going to feature the the other 3 kittens today.

This is Otto!

This is Helmut.  I have bad feet, from all those years I worked in the food business.  Most of the cats I had generally hate my feet, but this cat thinks my feet are fresh carrion and he's the top vulture in the house.

And this last one is Gunhilde.  My kittens look mature for their age, huh!  It's probably because I held them by the scruff when I took their photos.  I assure you folks, that they very tiny and fragile.  And so adorable!  Alhamdulillah.  Kittens are the best!  I love kittens.

Fleas!

 

Hi Natty!  How are you today, Honey?  I hope you are feeling great, and people are treating you with respect.  Especially the big shots.  Please keep safe and healthy, OK!  I'm doing OK here.  Lookie let the kittens out of the crib again, I think it's for good this time.  They sure grow up fast.  That's only 3 weeks, isn't it?  But they're still very fragile balls of fluff, and I have to watch every step I take in my own house.  And I have clumsy feet.  I recently discovered that my kittens have fleas!  I don't know where these fleas came from, the adult cats don't have any.  The boys don't have fleas, but the girls do.  So I bought a bottle of fleas drops.  It's a good sized bottle, with the dosage being 4 drops for adults.  Now Gunhilde doesn't have fleas anymore, but the ones on Anna are very stubborn.  I think I put 12 drops on her already, and they still won't go away!  Don't worry folks, the kittens can't groom themselves yet plus the medicine isn't poisonous.  It doesn't seem to be poisonous to the fleas on Anna, I put the drop right on the flea and it looked up at me and gave me the middle finger.  Well, if fleas had fingers.  I might have to take the tweezers to her, good thing she's a white cat.

Hi Natty!  How are you, Honey?  I hope you are well, and keeping safe.  I'm doing OK, I'm munching on my dinner right now.  The sardine rolls I made the other day were so good, I thought I would try that approach on some other ingredients.  This time I used carrots, cabbage, garlic, galangal, and beef all chopped up with some Mae Pranom (Siamese tamarind sauce) mixed in.  It came out kind of sweet.  It's OK I guess, I don't know if I would make it again.
