The Circle Game

Hi Natty!  Thanks for showing me that you're OK, it makes me feel much better.  Say, you had a dream of daisies recently didn't you?  You must be psychic or something.  That looks like a beautiful backyard you have there.  Unkempt but beautiful, while you are a polished beauty.  Perhaps you would like to create a perimeter for working the yard if you didn't have a fence.  Then remove the plants you don't want and keep the ones you do want, so they dominate.  Wear gloves though, some plants have thorns while others are poisonous.  Maybe you would want to try some gardening, grow some lettuce, spinach, tomatoes etc.  You might be a better gardener than me.  I can only grow some plants, while others refuse to live.  Right now the dominant (useful) plants in my yard are the mint, aloe vera, mangoes, bananas, a medicinal shrub my parents consume, cashews, and a few roses.  Wear the old clothes while gardening, not the expensive stuff, and definitely not the jewelry.

Mary Unknown7 once sang a Joni Mitchell song a while ago, then she told me to remove it from the set.  She said she liked the song, but it wasn't as fun to sing as Karen Carpenter or Shirley Bassey.  I asked her to start singing it again, so perchance you might hear it if you happened to be listening to the stream.  It's called "The Circle Game".  Mary said that it's been a while and she forgot the words, so she may flub them.  Check out this video.  That's a short skirt Joni's wearing.

Natty, please leave NYC immediately.  Just drop whatever it is you're doing, and return to Vancouver now.  Please.  I love you.  You can go back to NYC when the stock market calms down.  Somebody please get her out of there.

Natty, I hope you're not still in NYC.  Oh, I'm so unhappy!  I feel like nobody listens.  I feel like knowledge is the most useless thing in the world.  When I look at the world, I can't see beauty.  All I can see is labor.  I'm tired.  I want to sleep.

Cooking

Hi Natty!  How are you today, my beautiful and precious darling?  I hope all is well with you.  What have you been doing with your time?  You could always practice cooking.  Remember to only use medium to low heat, unless you are experienced.  You can use high heat to boil water.  I had to go to the supermarket in the evening to buy some supplies for my parents.  The government implemented a "limited movement" thing in response to Covid-19 beginning today, where all businesses must close except groceries and essential services.  So the supermarket was packed with people buying stuff to cook at home, some probably for the first time in their lives.  I had a lot of work to do in the kitchen myself.  When I got back, I had to wash and soak the beans, get rid of the seeds then steam the dried chillies, then cook my dinner which was pita bread with tofu and sardine dip.  By the time I was done eating, it was sunset.  I know how to make dough alhamdulillah, and bread is cheaper and less messy than rice.  The sauce that comes with the sardines in the can is quite tasty I'm sure you know, it's because they cook the sardines in it.  Add some hot sauce, catsup and tofu and voila!  Sardine dip.  A bit too ketchuppy tonight though.  Next time, I'll use less or none at all.

Mary Unknown7 is using the stream now at the karaoke joint, just so that you folks know.  This means the vocals are louder and clearer, and more able to put you to sleep.

Beautiful poetry

Natty, that was some beautiful poetry that you wrote.  So loving and uplifting.  If you have the time, then you should write like that more, now that people need to hear it.  So benevolent.

The voice button on Mary Unknown7's account was grayed out today folks, so you didn't get to hear her sing.  I am truly sorry for that.  The voice button works on my other accounts but not for Mary's, so I assume Linden Labs has a problem with her singing.  I think she's a very good singer, don't you agree?  She's a bit bummed out right now, but I will try to figure out a solution inshaAllah so you folks can hear her singing now that you need it.

Scars

Hi Natty!  How are you?  I hope you are having a comfortable and easy time.  I pray that is the case, and you are languishing comfortably in Vancouver.  It's been an intense couple of weeks for you, hasn't it?  From the dark street in Paris to the Escape from New York, it's been some intense spiritual hammering on you.  This proves that Allah loves you, that you slipped through by the skin of your teeth, instead of the other extreme.  But you must feel scarred by the intensity of it all.  This injury is slight Natty, so please meditate on it and heal yourself.  What's happening in the US is far from over.  I'm sure you are worried about your friends, but all you can do is wait and watch.  I'm sure you wish to get back to NYC and back to business.  So wait until the stock market calms down, and it should be obvious when it does, and possibly then you can venture back to NYC.  The crash is far more dangerous than the virus.  I want you to know and remember that I love you with all of my heart, and that everything is going to work out just great for us inshaAllah.  Ya Allah, please protect my Natty.
