Ramen

 

I have to admire how hard you work at your social media.  I simply can't be bothered, so I put in the minimum amount of work.  There's a lot going on offline.  There's always someone plotting something at any given time like right now, so I try to stick to my schedule.

I'm sure you like ramen, especially when it's done right.  I suppose ramen would be OK for you to check out in Japan.  I posted the most touristy one above.  The Japanese like to put pig in the broth, so I can't eat any of that.  I used beef bone, salted fish, home made fermented miso, seaweed and garlic to flavor my ramen broth below.  Along with the seasoning packet.  There's an egg at the bottom, and a dollop of hot sauce on top of the fish cake on top of the noodle brick.  ¥50,000 for a bowl of Zam's celebrity ramen!
