YOOOOOOOLIIIIIIEEEEEE!!!!!!
Hi Julia, my beloved. I'm sorry I didn't make it in to blog yesterday. I never forget you, for I love you so much. You are the most beautiful girl in the world. But I just didn't feel well yesterday, so I stayed out of sight. Or it could be that it was too dangerous to travel yesterday. Or it could be that there was a gang of crazed women out to get me. Whatever it was, I posted yesterday's letter for you to read, if you like. I wish you were with me, for it would be so much simpler for me for you to share my experiences, rather than my having to say I'm sorry I didn't write. But please understand that I can only think of your well being, so I cannot have you marry into my poverty. Please pray that Allah grants me the means soon to give you a happy and secure married life.

Letter to Julia 20130715
In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Merciful.
Hi Julia, my beauty. Are you trying to take it easy, and slow down? I know it's not easy, but that's what makes it so great! Be one of the few who don't rush around just for the sake of it. Well, that's the goal of our marriage, is to slow down, and enjoy our lives and love together. I'm trying to slow down. It's the fasting month, after all. Today, I started off after waking up with feeding the cats, took a shower, then fetched my Dad's Sunday paper, vacuumed my parents' bedroom, cleaned their bathroom, swept the kitchen, scrubbed the cat bowl, took a nap before my 2 hour voice training, gave the cats dinner, went to town to do some shopping for my Mom, watered the yards, went to buy some food for breaking fast, went to the mosque to pick up some rice gruel, took a shower, went back to the mosque to drop off some cakes, heated up my food, broke fast with my Mom, went to the mosque for additional prayers, and I just got back and now I'm writing my love letter to my Julia, all without missing my regular prayers. Hey, I usually don't work this hard. I'm lazy. I'd rather be snuggling with my Julia, and making love. But we can only make love at night during Ramadan. Oh no, I have ironing to do! I hate ironing!

Hello Julia. How are you, my love? You know I don't forget you. I cannot forget you. I want you to be with me all the time, for I love you, and I want to marry you. You are my girl. You are the most beautiful girl in the world.
Little Fluffy Ramadan seems to have snapped out of her apathy. She has very wobbly feet. It's almost as if she has never used her legs until I met her. I think she's one of those formerly oppressed kitties. Poor little Fluffy. But now she's active, and sweet in temperament, and always follows me everywhere. She tries to run, or chase her tail, but she always flops over. She loves the yard. It's nice to be out in the open, huh kitty?

Hi Julia! How are you feeling today, my love? I didn't get to do much ouse cleaning today. Someone planted a cat on my porch yesterday. My Dad said he wanted to keep it, gave it a name, then when it was decided that I was the one to take care of it, he decided he didn't want it anymore. He named her Ramadan. She's kind of fluffy to me, so I call her Fluffy. Fluffy Ramadan. She's quite a languid cat, her attitude is kind of "don't care-ish". She didn't take to cat food right away, so I assume she is a local cat, used to eating rice and fish. Well, of course she's a local cat... who would import a kitten from Germany just to abandon on my porch? I spent the morning giving her a bath, then taking her to the vet.
How are you handling the fasting month, my dearest? My routine doesn't seem to have changed much other than the not eating, and the extended social prayer at the mosque. I wonder how you would cope with this social scenario? It's not as if we could pray side by side, and poke each other in cute horseplay.

Hey Julia, my girl! I was here yesterday, and was just about to post my love letter to you, when the Internet service cut out. Oh! How dastardly! How cruel the forces are that try to separate my meager means of communication to the girl I love! Ya Allah, please trounce the ones who try to separate Julia and I with a severe and painful ass-kicking!
The first day of Ramadan should be tomorrow inshaAllah, considering that it's been rainy and foggy everyday lately, so obviously the new moon can't be seen. I hope you enjoy this year's Ramadan. I do so love the fasting month, but I wish you were here to share the surrealism with me. Mwah! I still have to do house cleaning, so I probably won't be in tomorrow. Please forgive me. I love you!

Good Monday, my princess. How are you feeling today? Are you ready to start the fasting month? That would be Wednesday. Actually, we're supposed to see the new moon first before we rely on calculation. Just try to have a great Ramadan. I love the fasting month. So many wacky things happen during Ramadan.
I have to do some house cleaning tomorrow morning, so I probably won't be in to blog. Please forgive me. I do love you with all my heart, and I pray that you take good care of yourself.

Letter to Julia 20130706
In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Merciful.
Hello there, my dearest Julia. Oh, how I am missing you so. Oh, how I long to be happily married to you. What are you doing? Do you know that I am all alone, waiting for Allah to grant me the means to make yu my wife? I want to give you your house. I want to love you.
I was going to blog a love letter to you on Thursday, but it looked like it rain that morning, so I stayed home. I posted Thursday's letter today. Please forgive me. It had been raining every day lately, and for some reason my body was in pain, so I took the chance to stay home and do nothing but watch TV and be miserable. I feel better today, but I must try to slow down. We must try to slow down. Together. Try to enjoy what we have, and not let ourselves be caught up in other people's impatience. You're so beautiful, Julia. I want to love you. I do love you. You are the most beautiful girl in the world.
Please maintain your prayers, Julia my love. Be strict about maintaining your prayers, especially the Asr prayer in the middle of the day, when business is hectic. More than just identifying you as a Muslim and having the respect of others thereof, your habit of prayer is part of your personal relationship with God, and purifies you. Be a diva for the Cause of Allah. Boss Model.
