What is the perfect portion?

Hi Natty!  How are you?  Are you keeping safe and studying hard?  I hope you are well, my love.  What's for dinner?  I just had some chicken chow mein.  Chicken fried noodles, that is.  I adjusted my fried noodles recipe to be used with home made miso, and it worked wonders.  If I had added a spoonful of sugar, it would have been perfect.  I had a busy morning.  So much so I didn't have much time to cook lunch.  The fried noodles was supposed to be lunch, but I didn't have time to get to it.  Among other chores, I made a batch of lentil fritter dough, and a batch of cat food.  My mother gave me a couple of small pieces of fried chicken, so I ate that.  Then I fried up some lentil fritters, soft for my Dad, crunchy for me.  I had 5 cookies of that.  I didn't want any of the cat food, so I called the chicken and the lentils lunch.  But I was dragging hard during Mary Unknown7's vocal session, when I needed to be 100%.  I guess what I had for lunch wasn't enough food, especially in the context of the active morning.  I don't know, though.  It should have been enough, really we don't need that much to get to the next meal I think.  Anyway, for dinner I ate until I was full.  That was over half a wok of noodles, and I have some left over.  That sounds like a lot, but gone are the days when I could the entire wok in one sitting.  And not gain weight.  You want some fried noodles?
