So did you watch Vogue World?  I think it was smarter to take it off the streets and into the theater.  What, tables but no food?  Bon Appetit!  Now that the show is indoors, it's more of a show.  It's more like theater.  Plus, you can sell tickets.  CNE did quite a nice production.  It's certainly more entertaining than the vma's.  I would keep the shows sparse.  Fashion Weeks at the most.  Never stray from fashion.

The rice problem

Hi Natty!  How are you?  How's business today?  I'm sure you are making the big bucks.  Now don't worry so much Honey, let's just stick together OK!  Please keep safe and healthy in your transactions.  Did you watch Vogue World?  I didn't know when it was!  And Anna didn't even bug me about it.  Looks like I have to watch the rerun.  I'm sure I will check out the outfits when I reach the V's.

Yesterday morning, Adolf came home from his prowling session all proud and pleased with himself as usual, but this time completely bloated.  With rice.  All my 7 cats love rice, so it's not too hard to guess what he feasted on.  When I eat rice, I usually give them a few grains as a snack, nothing more.  Because rice gives them diarrhea.  So why do the locals feed their cats rice?  Because it's leftover rice, and the cats dwell outside so nobody notices when they get diarrhea.  But indoors cats are more beloved than that, plus I'm the one who has to clean all that shit up.  

I thought that by letting Adolf out at 4 am, there would be no rice available since the humans are not active to serve their cats rice.  But he found rice somewhere, and a lot of it, but the time he came home at 9 am.  Either the neighbors' cats saved last night's dinner for him, or he dug in the trash, or the humans served rice.  Whatever.  This is a dangerous development.  I'm going to have to keep him prisoner for his own protection.

Hi Natty!  What's going on?  What's on your mind?  I hope you're thinking about the process not the people.  Stay sharp Honey, and keep safe and healthy.

When I was producing "Rise of the Horizon Creature", my old subwoofer wasn't tuned correctly and I couldn't get the right feeling out of the bass.  So I had to guess, and that's what you folks are listening to.  5 months after I released the album, I finally got my subwoofer tuned right.  I thought I had to spend money, but all I needed to do was some thinking and rearranging.  Oh God, I wish I had thought of this sooner, but that's how the brain is.  Anyway, I listened to "Rise of the Horizon Creature" again, and I was blown away by the bass.  Yeah!  I LOVE BASS!!!!  Even though I messed up the kick drum a couple of times, the album totally squashed the bass on all the major label stuff!  With the will of Allah, of course.  But the video file was missing high end.  A trait of mp4, I suppose.  So I uploaded the mp3, which has the high end.  Hm, it's still a dark album though...  Anyway, here's the link.  "Rise of the Horizon Creature" is free music.  You folks can copy and distribute this file as you wish.

Hi there, beautiful Natty!  Whatcha watching, Honey?  I hope you are finding it all fun and entertaining.  Well, grab some snacks and get comfortable.  Keep safe and healthy in your cubby hole.

Second Life was hell to navigate and work with last night when I was doing Mary's wardrobe, but after much patience, struggle and time I managed to get a fresh outfit on her and some photos where she always sings.  It turns out that the vma's were on.  That figures.  No it's not a blessing, it's a pain in the butt!  Look, they even cooked up some fake controversies to make the show more interesting.  How boring.  Since they need more attention, then they should just turn the event into a pimple popping video.

Nowadays I have eat at home and make all my meals because I can't afford to eat out or takeout.  Yes of course endorsements are part of my work, but I'm broke right now.  No I didn't spend the money on stupid stuff, the money never reached me!   Anyway, my freezer is loaded up with beef and I bought 2 kilos of chicken Monday, so I should be OK on food inshaAllah for the month, basic though it may be.  I had rice and sardines for lunch.  I also bought some packaged chilli puree, so I made a couple of sauces.  One with shallots and "belacan" (fermented shrimp paste), the other with garlic.  So dinner was calzones stuffed with chicken in chilli garlic sauce.  Yeah it's basic, but I seem to eat healthier when I'm broke because the food is simple and I don't snack.  I guess you could call that a mixed blessing.  Alhamdulillah.
