Perhaps you feel forced to try out foods because other people want you to. That's the worst- you're going to have to be very strict with people like that. Look after your tummy, Honey. I'm guessing that it's very sensitive. Even though you are face to face and can afford luxurious buffets, your tummy wants you to eat at McDonald's. I have more bad news for you: an all fruit diet is very bad for you. This includes smoothies. Plus being busy and always on the go go go makes your tummy even more sensitive. Stress! Sure it's fun and a dream come true, but it's stressful. You're going to have to keep it simple with your tummy. Turkey breast, fried chicken, white rice, sliced bread, mashed potatoes etc. Boring foods only. Be strict, or your tummy won't allow you to have fun and make lots of money. Hi Natty! How are you today, Honey? I hope you are doing well, and keeping cool and calm during these busy days. It's Sunday over here today, and it has been an active day. Sundays are always busy for me. I cleaned my mother's bedroom in the morning, and in the evening I cut the grass.
I made fried rice vermicelli for dinner. I found a sample video for you of what it looks like. The shortest video: the concept is the same all around, what differs is the stuff you put in it. I had my raw rice vermicelli already soaking in water by the time I finished cutting the grass. Rice vermicelli comes dried. First I fried up a crude omelet. Not as crude as the guy above, mine actually looked like an omelet even though I planned to throw it back in and chop it up into the mix. Then I fried some chopped garlic then my stir fry mix, which is cabbage, Chinese cabbage, green beans and red hot chilli peppers. I dumped in the ramen broth I made the other day from a salted fish head and kelp, turned the heat to high, and let the veggies steam for a bit, then took them out with a strainer on a stick. That left just the broth, and I added some Mae Pranom (Siamese tamarind paste commonly used for tom yum) to it then the rice vermicelli. Stir it up and let it brew until the broth evaporates, then mix in the veggies and omelet. It was a heavy-handed effort since I just got done cutting grass and wasn't in any mood to cook, but it turned out successful. It didn't need any extra salt, the ramen broth carried the dish forward. That broth is good stuff. I have to use it for ramen someday.

Hi Natty! Hi Honey! What's going on? I'm sure you are busy. Please eat and rest adequately, and take care of your health and safety. I'm having a lazy evening. The morning was busy for me, just doing essential housekeeping, but now I'm only motivated to being lazy. I watch a lot of YouTube, and I see all these people busting their butts for a little attention. I guess I don't really appreciate fame like they do. I give my fame to Allah.
That ramen stock I made from a salted fish head and a piece of kelp has turned out to be an awesome flavor enhancer, which I use on vegetables. Today's dinner was white rice with beef and broccoli. Want some? I'm starting to accumulate a lot of sauces. I think it's time for experimentation. But oh, I'm so lazy right now.
