Oh Erin, you're in Costa Rica!  I just happened to watch "Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl" for the first time today.  Since you and your gang are all dressed up in yoga leotards, perhaps you would like to pick up swords and be the crew of my ship, the "Arr-k".

Hi Honey

How are you doing today, my love?  How's the holiday season treating you?  I'm running a little later than usual today, please forgive me.  I try to be rock steady with this letter, it's the least I can do since I have no money.  But today I spent the evening at the mosque, listening to the elderly Qur'an teacher.  I usually do so anyway, but today I skipped dinner and went early.  So after I post this, I'll cook up something to eat.  Nothing fancy or too hard on the tummy- I'm having a hankering for chicken nuggets stuffed in pocket bread.  I guess that is sort of fancy... in a most mundane way.  I have to take a break from socializing at the Second Life chat room I usually go to- Boss's orders.  But I will still log in to work on my wardrobe, if you want to IM me or something.  I always hope and look forward to hearing from you.  Well, I'm going to go make my dinner.  Take care.  I love you.

 

 

 

 

Have a Happy Christmas

What are you doing for today, Erin?  Try to stay indoors OK?  You have a beautiful family, Natty.  Have fun eating OK?  I had to work today.  Yes Honey, it's the tourist season.  I woke up at about 5 am, took a shower, did some extra worship, then got ready to leave right after the dawn prayer.  I went to the market.  The stock market is closed today, but the market was definitely open.  So were the restaurants.  I went to Razak Curry House by the bus depot to get some flat bread, and the area was crowded.  This was 6:30 am.  Then the whole morning was spent doing chores, and gutting fish, and processing chicken.  I managed to squeeze in a nap, then it was time for voice training.  I made a whole lot of won tons in the evening- that took a lot of time.  Tedious to make, goes down fast.  Then I went to the night market to pick up some chicken wings.  Yeah, it's tourist season all right.   When you plan our vacation Honey, please remember that the holiday season is not our holiday season.

 

 

 

Sunday

Hi Honey!  How are you today?  Are you all settled and relaxed for the holiday season?  I hope you got all your shopping done.  You look so marvelous, so are so beautiful without makeup, you don't need makeup.  It's just an average Sunday here for me, nothing out of the ordinary going on.  I cleaned my parents' bedroom Sunday morning as usual, then in the evening I dug a ditch for my Mom.  She wants to plant okra.  Nothing special on the menu either.  I had 15 pieces of the nugget part of the chicken for dinner.  I hope you be safe and stay indoors this holiday season.  Have a happy holidays!

 

 

 

Our book of memories

That's what it is Erin Honey, we build our marriage on a series of memories of feelings and actions generated by the touch of the tips of our fingers onto a keyboard or mouse button, where the tips of our fingers cannot touch the tips of our fingers.  While I do not know everything, God knows everything, and I prayed to God to make our connection and tell me your heart and actions, all while the Public Eye watches it like some kind of movie.  Don't expect them to help, in God we put our trust.  And God has given me some cats to hug and kiss in lieu of you, but I hope that you will see that I truly love you, and I would wait until I die for you, inshaAllah it won't come to that.  The Holiday Season is peak tourist season here, one of the peaks that is.  Although I don't get a holiday, it did rain all day today so God gave me a holiday from manual labor.  I watched a movie instead: "Myra Breckenridge".  It was a gross movie actually, but I liked the ending so much that I liked the whole movie.

Natty honey, to do your Christmas shopping on the weekend of Christmas is not just unwise, but it seems that you are intentionally being unwise because I know you had plenty of spare time.  It appears to me that you are making an endorsement of holiday shopping, a well-known and beautiful girl like you.  But you are not me, you must get paid for your endorsements.  So please make sure of that OK?  Muslims don't celebrate Christmas, we celebrate Ramadan and the 2 Eids.  What the kids expect is cash and food on the first Eid, and presents for their birthdays.  No holiday shopping for presents!

 

 

 

Keyser Söze

Hey Erin Darling!  How are you feeling today?  It's a Friday, and I had to attend the Friday prayer.  My mornings are crammed from the moment I wake up, but after all the chores were done I decided to take it easy today, and watch a movie.  I finally got around to watching "The Usual Suspects".  Now I wouldn't have watched that movie if you hadn't posted about it a little over a couple of Ramadans ago.  I thought you were mad at me or something.  You probably are still mad at me for the same reason.  I saw the movie today, though.  It's a great movie that's for sure.  Oh, I'm not that mysterious.  People think that I'm mysterious, and they're wrong.  Allah is the One Who is mysterious.

Hi there Mountain Girl!  You know, I would rather be in snowy weather than sweltering heat, but my mission is to stand my ground here.  I feel that it's easier to warm up than it is to cool down, especially when there's a nice cozy fire.  What a charming snow princess you are.  My snowbird.

Hi Honey!  How are you?  I hope you are feeling and doing great.  I'm running a little late today, I'm sorry.  I'm kind of a busy person, just doing everyday stuff.  Chores, mostly.  It's all so mundane.  I have been experimenting with my rehearsal space to get the sweetest sound with just the physics of it all, and today I think I found the perfect blend between space, volume, and technique.  Where I can control feedback while singing, so it sounds like I'm using a lot of echo but I'm not.  Plus, I'm not all that loud either, but it sounds huge.  Then the whole countryside becomes quiet, not even a chirp of a bird.  Glory to Allah.  I didn't go to the Second Life chat room last night.  Oh dear, I don't have any snapshots to post.  What shall I do?  How about some Metallica instead?
